Food was amazing great Japanese Shabu experience the service was very nice and show us how to make sauce and the egg style the gold set was the best overall very recommend silver and the gold and the sukiyaki broth

Terrible food, very very low quality, the food quality is very poor, the veggie and see food platter are not fresh. Would not recommend, stomachache after it. $78 per person is way tooo much

Great food and service! The sushi was amazing, and you can order as much as you want 😂. Overall, a really enjoyable experience, though not perfect.

If you loved the former chubby cattle in Philadelphia, then treat this place like that great uncle you loved when you were a kid who now has now got dementia. In other words, remember it like it was, and don’t visit. You will pay 3 time as much, and you won’t get anything you loved about the former chubby cattle. For reference, me and my girl used to come here all of the time and would spend many happy hours eating off the conveyor belt of meats. They got rid of the conveyor belt and now you order off a menu, which is much more expensive than the previous one. I used to get the super spicy broth base. They are current “spicy“ option is called spicy miso. When I asked the waitress how spicy it was, she giggled and said not spicy at all. When I asked how to make it spicier, she just stared at me like I asked her the quickest way to land on the moon. They removed so many tasty items from their menu, and all that remains is some of the basic meat options, which are not bad to be sure, but it’s just not what we loved about this restaurant for years. it’s just such a crime, because the old place was so good and made for such a nice date night. I wish they were publicly traded, because I would short the stock like nobody’s business and make a ton of money lol.

The first dinner we had when coming to Philadelphia. Very high quality wagyu cuts. Broths are so-so. Friendly staff. Would definitely try the affiliated BBQ as well.

Delicious food, a bit pricey but we also got full and didn’t take advantage of everything we were offered. The staff was also fantastic, huge shoutout to Sunny if management is reading this give that boy a raise he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend anyone tries this place at least once.

Food is great. Wagyu beef unlimited a big plus!! Certain server knows what they are doing but not all. 4 stars only for they put in water in hotpot when we requested to refill in soup broth. Soup was only half filled in the pot to begin with. As we are 30 min into eating, the broth had gone down even more. We requested to refill for the soup. The CLEAR broth looks absolutely like water but we were told that it was bone broth. In the end the soup base was diluted and a lot less tasty. In the end, it was a great experience and tons of yummy beef. I would go back with my family.
