This location is awesome. Finally, no one is being rude to me at this Chuck E. Cheese location than the other two.

My kids had so much fun here & I recommend this place for all family’s!

Extremely disappointing experience, poor cleanliness, maintenance and customer service!!!!

As a SAHM of your children I decided to put in our monthly budget the new membership option that Chuck E Cheese has to offer! At first it seem like a WIN for me and my children as the cold months are approaching and we would need something fun and close by to do for fun! Unfortunately from day one at this location upon signing up they have dropped the ball! Each trip this week at this location has led me to leaving this review!

Monday I signed up for our membership, customer service was horrible! Employees care more about their phones and coffees than their customers walking in the door. The you lady on the floor was on her phone via headphones the entire time I was there. I let it slide and said we would go back again and try to see if it would get better! So here we the next day and the staff was better but the games were not working and the bathrooms were dirty! Yet another disappoint experience!
So we took a break and decided to visit the Deptford location in NJ, not the more convenient option but boy was it wayyyyyy better than the South Philly location! It was cleaner, all of the games worked properly and the staff was friendly, patient and very helpful!

So here we are on a Friday afternoon and I decided to take my kids back to south Philly location in hopes that I wasn’t disappointed again! To my surprise it was the worst experience yet! The over all cleanliness of the games was horrible, with tons of dust and dirt on them! As a mom this is your WORST nightmare with little kids!!! The play area, which is the highlight for young kids now send me into anxiety mode versus fun mommy mode. Not to mention, many of the arcade games were broke or unplugged with no signed to allow customers to know!!!! The staff today had no urgency to solve the problem even after my child address them letting them know her favorite picture machine was out of paper! She was just directed by the staff to use the other machine!

To close this out it’s was also the lack of supervision of the staff! The facility was super slow and it seemed like the staff cared more about bringing the back than present at the front! The one worker who was present helping customers was short and seemed irritated at times when asked a question or had to actually perform their job! There was little to no effort from the employees to maintain cleanliness nor an enjoyable experience!

Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I wanted to give my children a special day out, instead we left early due to the broken/non working games and poor conditions of the games as well!

Monday night is definitely a great night for your kids to feel like royalty!!

Its clean, friendly faces, and my kids took full advantage of being one of three families to have fun and really be deserving of the word enjoyment. This Chuck E. Cheese gave me and my girls a great night.

I was having trouble with my Chuck E Cheese app and truly wasn't looking forward to a technological headache at the end of this day. So entering the store I was grateful to encounter the awesome and knowledgeable young lady with the coolest hair... Kayla!
Kayla wiped my worries and frustrations away! Kayla allowed my kids the ability to have an even better night by getting to the botton of my buggy app by locating my account that wasn't even registering my previous fun pass purchase. Kayla showed willingness and concern with a smile and determination. So, to this mom- who needed to not think and let her kids be kids- Kayla gave me reprieve for the night.

A great safe place to hang out with kids.

Fun and friendly atmosphere; great humor from the cast members working at this location. Love their game selection and their food.

I love this Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. The cast members are really nice people; there's a lot of funny humor from them from time to time. I come to this location every day for pizza, games, and to see Chuck E. Cheese himself perform his live shows for the kids. I really enjoy coming to this location; it's my favorite atmosphere to be in when I am feeling sad myself.

My son loves this place

Half the games don’t work. They only give kids 2 minutes on the trampoline. Don’t even waste your time or money. It’s definitely not worth it

A fun place. The kids loved it. Food was delicious. Bathrooms clean. Highly recommend.
