Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free personal pizza. It may not be safe for people with celiac since it's cooked in the same kitchen as regular pizza. I've had a mild reaction from eating it before.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair and stroller accessible. Park near the ramp.

This location is absolutely horrible! Literally associates just lingering around the counter they don't even greet you as you walk up they're carrying on with private conversations as if you're imposing on their private time. Literally walked up into some conversation with sexual explicit content blatantly in front of kids and when we went back to trade in tickets the conversation was nasty gossip about fellow associates and managers. The condiment/ food service area was absolutely dirty the entirety of the time we were there. No one bothering to walk around and clean up yet they're all just hanging out having conversations at the counter even when there's no one up there to be serviced. Half the machines were out of service. No where to sit because all the tables are dirty, yet all the associates are standing up front doing absolutely nothing. Such a shame and a complete waste of money.

NOT A GOOD LOOK to have teenagers smoking weed right at the front door entrance. I had to turn around and get right back into my car with my kids. I usually go to the Warrington location, and decided to give this location a try after many years. 👎🏻👎🏻

I was invited to a birthday party here and my daughter and niece had a ball! They loved the pizza and my husband and I had got salads from their salad bar and it was delicious, all the ingredients were very fresh. They only down side was when it came to cashing in the tickets for the children the line was extremely long due them only having one person at register. So we decided to leave and the children have to wait til the next time to cash their tickets.

Vegetarian options: Salads

Parking: The parking lot is shaped weird. They have few spots in front of the building and handicap off the side. Most of the regular parking is after the handicap but due to how the plaza is constructed you wind up parking near the back of the other stores near their dumpsters and it gets somewhat dark back there.

Kid-friendliness: Pizza, wings and fries

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that is off to the side of the building for wheelchair accessibility

This place has just continued to go downhill. Barely any good games to play. Always seems so dirty. The floor and carpets were both sticky. I'm not sure how a carpet can be sticky, but it was. This place needs a serious remodel.

Who doesn't like Chuck E. Cheese!?!

We had an incredible experience at the Chuck E. Cheese on Roosevelt Boulevard, all thanks to LaDreya, the opening manager! As a former Chuck E. Cheese employee myself almost 20 years ago, I know firsthand how chaotic the place can get, especially with excited kids everywhere. I can’t say enough good things about how beautifully organized everything was and how wonderfully LaDreya ran it. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our kids had an unforgettable day. Her friendly energy, attention to detail, and smooth management really made all the difference. The kids had an absolute blast, and we felt so well taken care of. Thanks to LaDreya, we’ll definitely be back for more fun!

We had a party for our 2 year old scheduled 8-10p, and let me just say....

-They gave us no time to get the families home. Once 10:00pm hit, they threw us out in the cold, without a proper warning that 10 was coming, or that this was the procedure, in a place where kids like to linger...

- They accidentally gave someone else our play cards, and they kept swearing up and down they gave us our stuff already - they eventually gave us replacements, but it's the fact that we had to fight on it

Just saying if you plan on having a late party,
Start getting ready to leave at 9:30, and make sure you have all your play cards FIRST.
