We absolutely loved our time for my son’s birthday. Excellent value for the package. Low maintenance, yet great quality service and a wonderful experience. Jaylynn was so helpful and accommodating for our party. Thank you so much. We will of course be back soon.

I went to see THE MOUSE not A MOUSE. A big mouse ran across my son’s foot as we were playing the pirate game by the trampoline part. I told staff and there wasn’t even an apology.

Filled with undisciplined kids that do not respect boundaries. Parents are not watching their kids... awful time, my kids asked to leave after 5 minutes.... never in our lives did my kids ever ask me to leave chuckee cheeses.

Will never go to this location again.

was here yesterday with the kids. it was just HORRIBLE. we got there and i paid 66$ for 1 hour of play for 2 kids. (it's not cheap at all considering what kind of place it is) immediately ordered pizza and drinks. waited 45 minutes for pizza, then went to find out when my pizza would be ready, they told me they didn't have my order, i showed the receipt for payment, then the girl said she would make me a pizza. i waited another 20 minutes and went to find out again where my pizza was???? the employee was as rude as possible and didn't even answer my question, she ignored me, then just took a random pizza and just threw it in a box, it was sooooo rude. the kids wanted to go into the mazes and they wouldn't let them in, they said to pay another 15$ for each child!!!! Seriously??? 45$ for 1 hour for 1 child???? not including food and drinks???? THIS IS A VERY UNWELCOME ESTABLISHMENT WITH HORRIBLE STAFF. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
