I just have to make this very clear. Your restaurant on Roosevelt blvd is absolutely atrocious. The fact that these employees are there to make a child's birthday dreams come true is just disgusting. The employees dont smile. They ignore any requests. If there is a complaint, they laugh it off and walk away. 100% contemplating sueing the company based on the half ass pizza they brought out. The slices weren't even the same size. The pizza was definitely put together from other recycled pizzas from other tables. Our daughters birthday party was from 3pm to 5pm. They didn't bring us to the table until 3:20 yet still had the nerve to kick us out of the table at 5pm exactly. The party is not cheap as is and they treat guests like they mean nothing. I personally find everything about this establishment disoriented. Never been to a more atrocious event in my time alive. The employees treat us like we are such a bother. We never even received our game cards for the kids until around 3:30 to 3:45. And again, still kicked us out at 5. Will never be back. Personally believe the place should be shut down. Will decide whether or not a lawsuit is worthwhile soon. Will never be back.

Went for a birthday party today. Don't remember if the trampoline park was included, but they make you purchase socks to access it, $10 per pair. With something so accessible, you would think it would have been included with a birthday package, but no, had to purchase for the birthday girl. Their excuse was the birthday package is timed but the trampoline park isn't. What?? For having spent $300+ for a party, there was MINIMAL assistance with anything -- you pretty much pay for the space and 2 hours of games. You still have to decorate and set the table yourself and get your own drinks (no pitchers). The pizza was WEIRD, guests believed it was reused so we got a new one. The manager seemed to respond to our request for a brand new one quickly and professionally. Once the 2 hours was up, they make sure to boot you so fast, you don't even know what's going on. I'm glad we were there for our friends but I personally would not come back here

Not clean

Every time I come I will leave a review for the staff here. In previous years this place was buckwild, however in recent years the place has been spruced up greatly, and has a whole staff that actually like where they work! Every time I come the staff is helpful pleasant and act as if I’m getting on there nerves for coming in. I really enjoy bringing my children here thank you all for a job well done.

Staff is really friendly and attentive my grandsons love this place I would definitely recommend getting the members pass it comes in handy atmosphere is always clean and I haven’t seen an altercation at this location since I’ve been coming all year. I would definitely recommend bringing your kids here. My grandsons had there birthday here and they had a blast. We’ll always represent Chucky Cheese. I don’t know what I’ll do without this place. Thank you!

Best kept secret in Huntington Valley. Everything fresh and from scratch. Service, while inexperienced, was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Plenty of parking with reasonable prices.
A stop that shouldn't be missed.

We absolutely loved our time for my son’s birthday. Excellent value for the package. Low maintenance, yet great quality service and a wonderful experience. Jaylynn was so helpful and accommodating for our party. Thank you so much. We will of course be back soon.

I went to see THE MOUSE not A MOUSE. A big mouse ran across my son’s foot as we were playing the pirate game by the trampoline part. I told staff and there wasn’t even an apology.
