This place used to be fun with a good, lively atmosphere, but our recent visit to watch the Eagles game was a big disappointment. The bartender only served one drink and never came back to check on us. We waited about 50 minutes, and the waitress never brought menus. When we asked for the manager, she was unprofessional and defensive—mentioning that the waitress was her daughter, which had nothing to do with our issue. Instead of addressing the problem, she spoke to us aggressively and told us not to drink… at a bar. The service was terrible, and the management made the experience even worse. It’s sad because I really wanted to support this business, but they need serious changes in management. Don’t waste your time going here.

OMG no Italian dressing for the salad. No vinegar either. They charged $2 for water. Can't believe that. Service was ok, but probably because we were the only people there. The lady who served us who was behind the counter was nice.

I went there on a Sunday night. The place was empty. I ordered me to cheese steak. I got in my car, I pulled over and ate my cheesesteak that was disgusting. The young boy that made it,doesn't know what he's doing i was very disappointed.

Me and some friends went to chucks on Tuesday. The service was horrible. We arrived around 6:40 .Happy hours is over at 7. They charge full price for drinks but posted on their Instagram page that Happy Hour was until 7. Most of the food on the menu was not prepared or out of stock . The waitress didn't seem friendly at all.
