Went during happy hour food was good drink was just okay but bartender needed help to be serve the customers and avoid people walking out because she took to long to take greet them and take their order.

I don't usually like bars but this place was more than a bar more like an upscale Lounge i felt welcomed clean. drinks didn't hurt my pockets to much the owners daughter was amazing such a beautiful Spirit if you didn't understand stand she was more than helpful made me and my Coworkers feel welcomed I'm definitely going back Atmosphere Very upscale can't wait to sit in one of the well designed booths food delicious and fresh please check them out for your self Oh drinks full no watered down very delicious i had greygoose fruit mixture

A friend and I went in for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. We sat our selves at the bar and saw another customer at the end of the bar reading a magazine. We sat a few minutes and looked around for someone to acknowledge us and suddenly the woman at the end of the bar got up and went behind the bar and gave us menus. The food was good, we ordered 3 appetizers. We also had 3 drinks. When we were finished we asked for our bill and the bartender handed me a receipt that said $94.62. I asked for an itemized bill at which time the bartender rolled her eyes. She came back with the itemized bill and I noticed a Gratuity charge for $12.65. I asked what that was and the woman stated, " you never heard of a gratuity fee?". I stated, Yes, when there is a very large party but not for 2 people that are the only folks in the establishment at the time. She could have had a larger tip, but I ultimately opted to pay her the $12.65 and nothing more. WATCH YOUR BILL AT THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SNEAKY WITH CHARGES. Not to mention the extremely RUDE woman bartender. Never going back to that place again. That is a shame because the food itself is pretty good.

I went there for my cousin's Birthday. The shrimp and grits platter was great.Parking: Limited parking lot.
The hookah girl was rude and needs training on customer service & rapport building. I paid 40 dollars for a hookah and only after 25 minutes of using it she returned to said hookah was over, and we needed to return it. Why she didn’t tell me I had very little time with it before I bought it bothered me. I felt robbed and disrespected. Will not be returning to this place. One star for service!

I went back to kitchen area and they not even making my food or any food just back there on their phones. Finally the host or waitress tells me to sit down and i cant go to the kitchen and talk to cooks. Another 20mins goes by and she brings out our food in a to go bag basically trying to tell us to leave. Mind you we sitting down and wanted to dine in ?. Unwrapped the food and they didnt even get the orders completely correct smh. But anyways the food tasted good and thats probably the best hing about his visit, but i will likely never come here again from this awful experience

Overcharging on food and drinks. I order wings ($12) and cheesesteak eggrolls ($12), but was charged $30. When I asked about the $6 difference that stated it was the tax. That is a 25% on each item. I asked why the taxea were so high and was told by a very rude and angry owner that eveyone was doing that. I eat alot of places, no one was ever taxed my food at a 25% rate. The owner became extremely rude and called me names, disrespectful, all because I wanted to know how and why the food is taxed at the business at such a high rate.
