Worst service, refused to let us sit while we were waiting for the food we had ordered through their online kiosk even after i mentioned that our daughter was feeling faint and she just needed to sit while we were waiting for our to-go order. And the place was virtually empty!

I ordered the chicken parmesan with fries and my fries were COLD. If I wasn't waiting for a flight , I would have returned them. Service was GREAT! They were attentive and addressed my questions. My lemon drop was more like a shot with a twist of lemon. If you want a buzz and this is the place for your drinks. LoL.

They don't tell you this until after the fact but if you order from their kiosk you can't use their seating - it is considered take out but there aren't servers to speak to you and you can order from the table by QR code. For the price paid, for food that they serve, seating should be available.

Spaghetti and meatballs were decent and the wine was expensive ($28/glass for 9oz) but good. The service was attentive, but like other reviews said, the online ordering system is AWFUL. I am very tech savvy and it took me 3 tries to order a second glass of wine. Really annoying and definitely negatively impacted the experience.

Being forced to order via QR code while the bar tender stares at you helplessly is stupidity and a lack of customer service at its finest. What a dumb business model. Owners and management should be embarrassed.

They don’t know how to make a margarita for $17.50…and they apparently can’t make enough to fill the glass, even though it’s full of ice. No salted rim either. Very disappointed. Tried the shrimp appetizer and it’s smaller than the picture. Four medium shrimp for like $23…ridiculous. And when you self order you have to tip first…I mean wtf? $75 for two lousy drinks and a few small shrimp…don’t waste your time here, couldn’t be more disappointed.

Ordered a cocktail…after about 10 minutes they informed me they couldn’t make it because they didn’t have the ingredients.

Don't like high tech ordering but the omlette was truly awesome with the best coffee in the airport. Guarantee you will have more than 1 cup !

Honestly, I thought I had seen it all until I was served uncooked french fries 🤦🏾‍♀️

Also, they seem to be afraid of using any type of seasonings on their dishes.

I just waited 25 minutes for a martini and a water, and there’s only 3 other people at the bar all drinking just wine so I’m not sure what the issue was. The “bartender” (air quotes because she says the real bartender is on break and she’s not really a bartender) looks extremely confused, overwhelmed, and is seriously slowwwww. I told her I have to board in like 10 mins and she still proceeded to clean up tables instead of make my drink (for no reason - it’s not like anyone was waiting for a table, it was pretty empty in the place). Very frustrating experience all around. Skip this place and go to any one of the dozen spots right around it.
