Great service and really nice people happy to wait for my flight here every time I’m in Philly. Facinet was an amazing bartender!

Mr. Alouka took care of us and made sure to accommodate my crazy food allergies. I wish everyone was as kind as him and his team.

Don't like high tech ordering but the omlette was truly awesome with the best coffee in the airport. Guarantee you will have more than 1 cup !
The staff is very kind and helpful

Honestly, I thought I had seen it all until I was served uncooked french fries 🤦🏾‍♀️

Also, they seem to be afraid of using any type of seasonings on their dishes.

Eat here at your own peril

I just waited 25 minutes for a martini and a water, and there’s only 3 other people at the bar all drinking just wine so I’m not sure what the issue was. The “bartender” (air quotes because she says the real bartender is on break and she’s not really a bartender) looks extremely confused, overwhelmed, and is seriously slowwwww. I told her I have to board in like 10 mins and she still proceeded to clean up tables instead of make my drink (for no reason - it’s not like anyone was waiting for a table, it was pretty empty in the place). Very frustrating experience all around. Skip this place and go to any one of the dozen spots right around it.

$14 for a beer is a joke ?

I ordered the Hippie Chick Salad and received something completely different. I paid $25 for this salad and I got a kale, chicken, feta, tomato, olive, onions, cucumber, alfalfa, and capers salad without dressing… I didn’t realize until I opened it on the plane. The expo line was embarrassing too— no one seemed to know what they were doing and it was a mess.

The salad was supposed to have: Grilled chicken, farro, quinoa, sunflower seeds, flax, pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, cranberries, alfalfa, cranberry vinaigrette

Kristen White made the experience what is was……excellent. Kristen provided the Ultimate customer experience. From ordering to food delivery…..she didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely return to CIBO Bristo and Wine Bar because of her.

Had a wonderful chicken parm lunch and great drink. My waitress Kristen White provided exceptional service. She kept my water full and was very polite. Too many times I feel workers in any airport are a little grumpy, but Kristen was professional and gracious. Anytime I fly out of the B terminal, I will be sure to stop at the restaurant bar again where she works for her service alone!

Kristen White was such a helpful server. We weren’t sure what wine we wanted, but she steered us in the right direction, and the selection perfect. Thanks Cibo!

Stay away. Service is terrible. Food is subpar and they can’t get your order right. Nobody here cares about anything.
