I come Mount Airy several times a year and try to enjoy a sit down with a senior relative. I have been coming for years the atmosphere is both beautiful and tranquil. Soft lighting, soft music, candlelit tables, and large windows accented by beautiful trees outdoors create the perfect setting for dining. The staff is great also. The downside. Individual orders share a small rice bowl. Portions have been reduced. The crab fried rice has gradually changed to seafood fried rice to mainly shrimp with a search for crabmeat. Three different visits, same result. Spare ribs never disappoint, Gen Taos chicken great choice! Parking is limited. Good food and service means you might have a wait. Take out orders and pick ups crowd entryway and can be a bit noisy.

Everything is amazing! Fresh light and full of flavor. You won't regret dining here. If you have gluten-free sensitivity talk to the host. The wait staff share some knowledge, but the host will have a better understanding or selection for you.

They are very rude to people who are coming up to pick up delivery orders. I walked in and I was instantly profiled. I walked by the table that had delivery orders and instantly was stopped because she thought I was about to steal the food and again kept trying to force me to sit down because I think she thought I looked intimidating because I had a hood on And then stared me down as I confirmed the order and would not let me even pick it up until she looked at my phone.

This restaurant offers exceptional Chinese cuisine, surpassing my previous experiences. After relocating from the west coast, I discovered this establishment while searching for quality dining options.
Patrons can expect outstanding food and attentive service. The dishes exhibit authentic flavors, prepared with notable skill and precision. The staff demonstrates professionalism and courtesy, contributing to an enjoyable and memorable dining atmosphere. This venue is highly recommended for those seeking superior Chinese cuisine in the area.

I really wish this place was good. It’s the best Chinese food in the neighborhood, but it’s still mediocre.

My family has been dining at Cin Cin for more than 20 years, but our recent experience ended that long relationship. Last Saturday had a 7:15 p.m. reservation for two. The restaurant was packed, but we were told we were next to be seated. When a small table opened in the bar area, we chose to wait for one in the main dining room. Within minutes, that same table was given to a couple who walked in without a reservation. A few minutes later, another couple without a reservation arrived and waited with us. Then a party of three came in and began scouting the dining room for open tables and bugging the hostess. Despite their behavior and lack of a reservation, they were seated in a booth before both waiting parties who had arrived earlier and, in our case, had a confirmed reservation. When we questioned the hostess and manager, both couples expressed frustration and disbelief at how seating was being handled. By the time we were finally seated—around 7:40 p.m.—we had lost any desire to stay. We left without ordering and went elsewhere. After two decades of loyalty, we left feeling disrespected and dismissed. The restaurant’s management and host staff failed to honor reservations or treat guests fairly. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
