Wish I had stopped at this Cinnabon a lot sooner! This location is really nice all around! I stopped here to get myself a 4 pack of the classic rolls, and they had enough frosting on them that I didn't even need the extra frosting that they give you whenever you get a 4 or 6 pack. The girl at the counter who served me, really seemed friendly and helpful, and also seemed to really like her job. That tells you there's a lot of positivity going around at that location, which is something you don't see at every location you go to. For all the times I've come to the Philadelphia Fashion District, I'm surprised I haven't given it any though to come here early enough in the day when everything is open and not just the Round One on the first floor, so that I can come here and treat myself to some cinnamon rolls at this location. Maybe now I'll start making it a goal to come here as often as I can, and I recommend that anyone who hasn't been here yet, to do the same! You'll love it!

Not only does this location barely give any icing or cinnamon, but there’s hair rolled into the cinnamon roll. As you can see this is one if the inner layers.

Churros were very cold plus she chraged me for the sauce when others Cinnabon haven't I asked her if I can get another churro since it was cold she had an attitude looked at me and walked away to next customer

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was rude and unhelpful ( Ciara) and the churro was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I come here quite often on my way to the regional rail. There were 3 young lady's. It took 2 ppl to help one customer. There were two registers so I do not understand why the line was growing with three employees. I was in line for 11 minutes. I was unable to get anything. It was a complete waste of time and I almost missed my train. Cinnabon I have seen you do better in other locations. This staff needs better mgmt or training on customer service
