Not only does this location barely give any icing or cinnamon, but there’s hair rolled into the cinnamon roll. As you can see this is one if the inner layers.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was rude and unhelpful ( Ciara) and the churro was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cinnabon I'm not satisfied y'all don't serve milk the last time I was here y'all serve milk in the gallery the mall area y'all don't serve milk and three other bakeries don't serve milk one of y'all needs to serve milk I shouldn't have to go to 7-Eleven just to get milk how embarrassing smh ?

Establishment is located inside of the fashion District aka the gallery on the 11st side lower level. I've been eating Cinnabon's since I was just a kid ... always loved them, always will ... buttery cinnamon sweet cream cheese heaven.

I come here quite often on my way to the regional rail. There were 3 young lady's. It took 2 ppl to help one customer. There were two registers so I do not understand why the line was growing with three employees. I was in line for 11 minutes. I was unable to get anything. It was a complete waste of time and I almost missed my train. Cinnabon I have seen you do better in other locations. This staff needs better mgmt or training on customer serviceThank You~

The staff was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem too pleased to be working. I asked for a box of 4 Cinnabons and was told they didn’t have any boxes for 4 Cinnabons. So I asked for 6 of the fresh Cinnabons in a box. She tells me that they don’t have any more boxes and that they come pre-packed. I make her aware that the boxes are in clear site and she replies I would have to pay for 6 individual Cinnabons if wanted them in a new box and fresh. Which is pure robbery and ridiculous. The way she spoke in an aggressive tone was uncalled for. If you dislike your job you could always change that dynamic so that we customers can have a pleasant experience. Considering the many reviews of unprofessional customer service.
Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Google and the website both say they close at 6pm on Sundays, but they were already cleaning up and saying they were closed at 5:10pm. Just because you don’t want to work doesn’t mean you should be closing early.

Arrived at store today at 5:45 pm, store was being closed by associates. Myself and another customer were turned away because they said they were closing early even though they were to be open until 7pm. Associates appeared to be leaving with bags of leftovers from the store. Very disappointed.

I love Cinnabon! I can't resist grabbing 2 or 6 once I catch the smell, instantly the fat boy inside me comes out. They are always so fresh & warm with the melted icing dripping all over the sides. I just can't resist! I like the fact they last a few days & still taste amazing whether you reheat them in the microwave, stove oven, or toaster oven. Make sure you always grab a few extra cups of icing to slather all over before you reheat them. I always make sure to get some of the icing inside the layers.
