Ordered a Cinnabon and an extra cup of frosting because they never put enough frosting.. they didn’t put enough frosting and didn’t include the extra cup of frosting that I ordered. So now, I’m picking over a dry, unfrosted Cinnabon. This has been my consistent experience for when I actually receive my order at all..
If I order two things, I don’t understand how hard it is to include them both. They’re in large letters on the receipt.

Long line. 5 employees with 1 person on register. My suggestion would be to have the other 4 employees assist on register when crowded

I came here on a trip to Philly one evening. The woman at the cash register- maybe in her late 30s or early 40s- was completely overworked, I could see it in her eyes. She was compassionate and polite, and made my day brighter. I know what that takes and I want her to know, you're a strong person and you're good at your job. I hope you get paid really well, and if you don't, I hope one day you can leave and find a job that deserves you.
