One day I had went there to get a cheesesteak I asked for certain condiments on my sandwich it did not come with it I went back to the store after I had took a before and after picture of myself putting catch up on that and they were in denial as if they had already put it on there and then called me a liar and called me out my name not good business

It’s sad that after such a good relationship with city line/apex pizza that it has to end on a bad note. I placed an online order through a delivery service that they use. When the order was placed they gave me a eta for 2:41, 241 I received a second eta of 2:56pm, no problem with that, However my food didn’t arrive until 3:13pm when I called City line/ apex pizza I saw yelled at and told it just a few minutes late. And that might have been ok if I didn’t have to pay $10 dollars for the delivery service. What felt was I should not have been talked to like that, I’m paying customer and I have a right to inquire on my food/delivery if it late. Yes I received the order and the food was cold “Rick” needs to check himself specifically if he plans to stay in business. He was wrong and that’s that. Beware if you order from them and the order is wrong or delayed because the attitude that will give is to just deal with because they have no desire to do what’s right

Food is ok. Customer service isn't great. It seems like the one owner doesn't really like dealing with customers and gave me attitude when they didn't get my online order.

I order a large ground beef & large cheese pizza alone with 50 wings 1/2 extra hot & 1/2 mild. The food was not hot nor was their enough sauce on neither wing. My company employees were not pleased with the food. I would not recommend this business if you were ordering for a large group of people.

My go to! Staff is always pleasant, my order always arrives hot and I am never disappointed with what I get. P.S. Don't sleep on their Euro Salad, it's delicious!

We never got to see this place, as they delivered to our hotel, but they got our order right, and the portions beat the prices. The pizza was delicious, and our middle child ordered the salad with turkey bacon. That's right, turkey bacon. This is a rare item to find as a side item, let alone on a dish, and she loves it, so she scarfed the whole thing. It was a great meal and we would happily order it again.

This is going to sound like some made up insane story...this is honestly what happened to me last night... I already knew how bad the food was, they never get the order right, they never try to resolve any issue at all, but I was hungry, it was late and they are right around the corner. I spoke very slowly, very clearly, and asked the girl to please read back my order to me. It was not a complicated order. Over one hour later my phone rings. Some man who I do not know is screaming at me. I thought he had the wrong number. It turns out this was their delivery driver who they hired. I don't know if he was intoxicated, has anger management issues or was simply insane, but he was screaming at me because the gate to my building was closed. I asked him to please calm down...this is really quite simple...I told him to look to his left. There is a white box. On the box is a keypad. There is a three digit code. Type in the code and my doorman (after you identify yourself) will open the gate. He could not figure out how to type in a three digit code. I'm going to say that one more time because I am still having a hard time understanding this...he could not figure out how to type in three digits. My best friends child in kindergarten could do it with ease...however, this man could not. All the while I am still getting screamed at. After around 15-20 minutes he finally figured it out. I heard what happened next because he had me on speaker phone. My doorman came on through the speaker and he started getting screamed at. I can not type verbatim what was said because most of the words were profanities, but he was yelling something along the lines of.. 'what the * is wrong with this building? Does the queen of England live here? I don't understand why you make everything so difficult...' flash forward to a destroyed meal, and everything that wasn't smashed from anger was wrong. As usual. Wrong chicken wings. No blue cheese...no celery. A salad that consisted of brown lettuce and no dressing and they forgot the dessert. This was close to $40. I called to let them know about the food, but mostly that they should really reconsider who they hired to deliver their food because I was actually scared of him by the end. She did not apologize. She asked if I wanted a new order? I said...under normal circumstances I would. I'm very hungry. But if he ever comes back to this building, he will be arrested. She said 'no problem. I'll refund your money right away.' Except she didn't. So the next day (today) I called and asked to speak with the manager. When I started to tell him this story, he told me he 'didn't have the time...' and I replied...I'm calling my bank. My bank disputed the charge, but I am honestly frightened for the next person who might have a gate as well. Obviously, this man does not handle difficult tasks (like gates, and pushing buttons)very well at all and I fear this could turn violent. It sure seemed that way to me. City line pizza has the worst food in the world. The worst service. I promise you, your order will never be correct unless you physically go there, watch everything they are doing...standing over them...repeating what you ordered at least 3-4 times. I understand some people are not doing very well during this time. A truly odd and difficult time in the world. However, if you can not compose yourself and calm down and figure out how to punch in three numbers...if that throws you into a rage of epic proportions, maybe you should seek help and most importantly...maybe the restaurant should have a better screening process for their employees. They were not outraged. They were not going to do one thing about it. Mostly...they could not even say the words...'I am very sorry that this happened. This is unacceptable and we will take care of it immediately.' So... to sum up...please trust me. Please never order from City Line Pizza. Ever. Especially if you have a gate. Because if you do, I highly suggest keeping a straight jacket handy at al

At 7:15 pm I ordered 2 medium pizzas through grub hub. ETA 8:10- 8:20 , 30 minutes after it didn’t arrive according to the ETA time I gave them a call. A young lady answered the phone and I ask her for the status on my order, she said they don’t have any order on file or records of my order base on my phone number . I told her it was through grubhub and she interrupted me and told me to take it up with grubhub. I said ok and called grub hub. The grubhub operator told me to hold on and she will call them. After 5 minutes she came back and told me that they told her that they are very busy. The operator was going to give me a refund that was gonna take 3 to 5 business days for me to get back. Before I could say yes , cityline pizza called me and it was the young lady again. I can see by her tone she was agitated, instead of apologizing she said “ hello DEAR” with a condescending tone, “your order will arrive in 45 minutes”.! I figured I have hungry kids awaiting for pizza I told her ok thank you. I switch back to the grub hub lady and told her I received a call from cityline pizza and I wouldn’t need a refund, and thank her for her patience. 45 minutes came and went it is now 10:10 pm which I know the restaurant close, I decided to give them a call anyways. A man picked up the phone and told me that my food should arrived in 5 minutes. I thank him and hung up , 20 minutes came and then I realize I’m not getting my food , then the delivery driver pulled up and handed me our pizza. The pizza taste like it had been smeared with something metal. I figured I must had inconvenience the workers and therefore they did something to my pizza. I took the pizza away from my kids and just threw it away. I called grub up and told them what happened and they just gave me a 15$ credit. I’m too exhausted to even try to be upset. I placed the order at 7:45 , took 2 and a half hours to get a tainted pizza, and I know all about don’t snap at the hand that’s making your food. But just to warn everyone when ordering it, know when a young lady picks up , don’t ask for your status because she will be upset.

The first time I've ordered from this place my chicken tenders were not breaded however the cheese fries were very good. The second time I've ordered from this place I asked for light mustard, They loaded my cheesesteak with mustard, the last time I've ordered something from this place what is today, Tuesday, May 10, 2022 I specifically asked for light mayo, light mustard, pepper, ketchup, and fried onions they they gave me no ketchup or mayo. Then they explain to me that they had packets of mayo and two packets of ketchup which was nowhere near enough ketchup for my cheesesteak however they never spread it the light mayo on my bread and they wanted me to take the mayopackets and spread it throughout the sandwich(gross) I tried to cancel my order online and when I called back again to see what was going on with my money being put back on my card they really treated shitty saying to me in English ,I'm sorry but we don't speak English.this is very unprofessional and unacceptable!! I highly recommend Larry's steaks located on 54th and city ave or any of the eatery's on 47th and city ave in the plaza,I assure that you will get better severice as well as better quality food.it's now Thursday,may 12th and they still haven't returned my money from the canceled order from Tuesday,my bank already told me that they never sent the money back so now I'm here waiting on law enforcement to get my refund,this is outrageous.I do not recommend this place however if you decide that you want to take a chance,use cash only

Been ordering from them for about 2 years faithfully. Last ordered took over an hour and a half and when it arrived it was ice cold. When I called the store they gave me an attitude and then agreed to refund me. They charges still showed up on my bank account. They never refunded me like they said they would. I’ll never order from them again. There is too many other pizza options in the area to be dealing with poor customer service and theft!Update: the just replied to my initial review saying they are working to fix their issues but have yet to refund my money like promised. At this point I think they are just replying to peoples reviews to look good but don’t actually care because if they did they would have refunded me like promised weeks ago.

I waited over a hour for my food to be delivered . Just for the restaurant to call me & tell me I blocked the drivers number & I had to come pick up my order. I never in my life ordered from here before so how tf did I block the drivers number?????. & it was still proven that I’m reachable because how else did the restaurant manage to call me? Just say you didn’t want to deliver. and the woman on the phone was full of malice. Why would I go get my food just for it to be cold ? Nah I’ll pass. And a PSA for the owner if they reply to this : I don’t care for an apology , YALL need changed behavior and better customer service. That’s an apology. Have a blessed day !

I just order a gust Stromboli with no mushrooms and extra cheese, once it got here I've got a steak Stromboli with no pepperoni and little to no cheese. I've been a customer for over three years but the owner got on the phone and yelled at me, I was done with them. I was willing to send back the food but he keeps tell me there is pepperoni and hung up on me
