City View Pizza and Grill

I truly enjoyed purchasing from this place. Latel? Less than zero. No longer quality. My family order at least, once a week. NO MORE! Sold me and my family: turkey club sandwich and the baco was NOT COOKED! My mother had been craving it. She has been thru treatment and I wanted to get her a good sandwich from a good place. I was WRONG! They will not get a cent more of money from me. I will NEVER RECOMMEND. WAWA HERE WE COME!

I love the pizza fries here, I get them often. The fries tend to be nice and firm, not soggy. The sauce has a good amount of flavor to it. The pizza is just standard pizza being pizza, nothing special.

I refuse to eat anything out of broad olney cityview food is nasty and high in sodium. I was ordering from temple cityview much better until they stopped delivering so no more cityview for me

I ordered a grilled chicken salad from here and I asked for a grilled chicken salad with romaine lettuce for olives I get this salad with this old behind iceberg lettuce that I despise and this flavorless chicken. I knew there was reason I stopped ordering from them years ago.

I brought a small steak Stromboli about 60 to 70% of just cheese steak was not good steak wasn't seasoned almost threw up You will do better To just drive to the one that's on Broad and Erie 💯

I ordered 6 pizzas online after a phone conversation confirming that the time I put on the order form would be the time of delivery. At the scheduled time, 5:30 pm, there were no pizzas. I contacted the restaurant to be told it was walking out the door.

After 20 minutes, I called back and was told the driver should be there. He wasn't. I called back and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude to tell me he couldn't help me and to talk to the manager.

I said, thank you, I would like to talk to the manager. About a minute later, the same guy came on the phone and I asked for the manager again. I was placed on hold. At this point, it is 5:55 pm.

The manager gets on the phone already annoyed. I begin to explain the situation and the manager disrespectfully ask me what I want him to do and that he was sitting besides the last person that answered the phone.

As I try to explain this is the 3rd time I've called, he begins raising his voice and over talking me.

My pizzas, which I've spent over $100 for have yet to appear and it is 30 minutes past the delivery time.

The manager was rude, belligerent, and aggressive. He chose to be argumentative instead of helpful or provide even slight customer service.

He told me it's Saturday and I'm not the only person ordering. I reminded him that this order was placed hours earlier and that I shouldn't be responsible for the poor planning of himself or his staff.

I was told to accept the food or not.

With no resolution, I did hang up. A calmer party then called on my behalf because I was now dealing with 25 7 and 8 year old that were hungry.

The manager was loud and rude to the calmer party, even hanging up on them. He was shouting so loudly, you could hear him even though the phone was on the person's ear.

This store has proven not to be trustworthy of one's time or respectful of their customers.

I'm completely sure that this location is poorly managed and isnt capable of handling large orders.

Coworker treated me to lunch and both our orders were horrible. She got the wrong thing and my cheese steak was disgusting!!! And let's not talk about the fries. How do you mess them up. Ugh!!! If you are hungry don't order from there!!!!!!!!!

Cheese steaks are not supposed to be chopped steak with a slice of cheese on the roll. It is supposed to be cooked into the steak. Very dry. Totally disappointed.

This is the worst city view in the city! the wings aren’t fresh and taste weird and rubbery and hard. over cooked and covered with sauce. the pizza was terrible not fresh not hot and it’s literally 10 minutes away. WASTE OF MONEY!!

I have order from you several times before but there was chance in preparation of the italian hoagie.I am not sure I will eat the rest because by then the roll will soak and soggy.The hoagie was prepared on a steak roll which makes the hoagie soggy when prepare on a steak roll Generally they prepare the hoagie on a crusty roll which didn't do today.I very disappointed.

The food is good . Never had any problems with the way the food tastes but the environment is a mess . I get that it's the hood but they need to clean up around there . I shouldn't be greeted by crackheads and fiends when picking up my food . The other locations are in the hood as well and you don't deal with that . The cops need to be on board about who is loitering around the place.

Parking: You have to park in the bus zone and quickly jump out to get your food .
