I really love the food! The veggie pizza and chicken cheesesteak Stromboli is so good! The service is good too! Everyone whether a phone order or I’m person is friendly. Great specials too to save you money.

I have never had anything good here. the pizza is bad, the burgers are really bad, the wings are barely cooked, and the fries are soggy. idk why i keep giving it a chance :(

Good evening, My mother ordered a salad and asked for chicken to be added to her salad. The Salad was delivered with no chicken. When she call back at 9:15, they advised her that they had no more drivers. I then called and the gentleman that answered was rude and advised me that if she want to get chicken she would have to come in to exchange it. After you charged her 21.99, you advised a senior citizen she would have to come and exchanged it, No knowing if she drove or had transportation to even come to your store. This a shame for you to be in our neighborhood, and have bad customer service to people that spend there money for you to operate in our community. And I did hang on on him because he was rude and aggressive. I will never spend my money there again and if anyone ever ask should they get food from there, it will be a strong NO!!! I am so disappointed with this store and how they handled a senior citizen or treat people that live in this neighborhood. THE MANAGMENT SUCKS!!!!!

Made the MISTAKE by ordering on UberEats
The BBQ chicken Stromboli was not cooked all the way through. All UberEats did was refund for the missing ingredients.

They getting the order correct and that wasn’t the problem, the problem I had was with the person who took the order he had a bad attitude people like that should not be working in this type of establishment or answering the phone.

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. It was very very DRY. I had to eat it with a chick fil a sauce I had in my cabinet.

Normally, I don’t have problems with the food, but today I ordered food pizza, and it was not secure. The boxes were open. They were not taped down when I called the complaint. The manager at the Olney location hung the phone up on me and wouldn’t take responsibility for the issue. The olney store has poor customer service and when I asked to speak to the owner, they hung up on me and didn’t care. They said the delivery person that drives for Uber was responsible for packing my pizza which I think is a lie.

Pizza was good and did not take long even though they were busy. The pepperoni, and BBQ chicken pizzas were both tasty with good ingredients. Would go back next time I go to the Liacouras Center, as it is conveniently right across the street.
