Been eating here for the summer session for breakfast and dinner. The food is good for the most part, but could use some improvements (especially in egg department). There is always a veg option but it is always a different type of tofu. The dining area is very clean and the staff are pleasant.

Was inspired by my Wharton Global Youth lecturer, the famous Linda Zhao, to write a review since we were doing a case study on analyzing yelp reviews and I honestly have to say that this place isn't bad, but it's not great either. It's in a convenient location near several dorm houses, like Rodin, but it is always crowded and does not offer as wide of a food selection as the other dining hall, Hill House. They almost never have granola or yogurt in stock. The staff also seem a bit rushed when serving the food and many of the tables there are wobbly. The atmosphere is quite noisy, but I will say that you can easily meet new people there since people sometimes join your table due to the lack of seat availability. Overall, I recommend checking out the other dining hall, Hill House, but this dining hall isn't bad if you're short on time.

In this building, I only use the Amazon pickup lockers and returns. And the facilities and services managed by Amazon are great. I'm not on the food service plan for the cafeteria that also resides in the building.

Amazon drop off service was great
Lady giving food to me told my friend to put the dirty plate away. But my friend had not started to eat yet. So overall food place is good. Food pretty good. But everywhere was dirty.

UPenn is a great university but the food here is bad. The other cafeterias have great food, though!

Come here if you want to taste what trash feels like. I'd choose the food in ACME a few meters away any day.

Went to the Amazon drop off, the young lady there helped me with a return that I didn't get refunded for.

I've had a consistently positive experience using the Amazon locker at this location. The staff deserves special mention for their proficiency, kindness, and patience. Both receiving items and processing returns have been seamless experiences. Wonderful service.

Amazon check out is very fast now they have a self checkout service, very convenient and faster.
This is the commons area for Penn State students, but there is a giant Amazon locker/hub on the terrace level. There are 7 or 8 Amazon Lockers against the back wall, and also a customer service counter if your order is too big to fit in the locker or has just been filled. The place is vibrating with student life and there's also a market area the public can access if hungry or thirsty while waiting for their orders to be filled!
