I've had a consistently positive experience using the Amazon locker at this location. The staff deserves special mention for their proficiency, kindness, and patience. Both receiving items and processing returns have been seamless experiences. Wonderful service.
This is the commons area for Penn State students, but there is a giant Amazon locker/hub on the terrace level. There are 7 or 8 Amazon Lockers against the back wall, and also a customer service counter if your order is too big to fit in the locker or has just been filled. The place is vibrating with student life and there's also a market area the public can access if hungry or thirsty while waiting for their orders to be filled!
The workers want you to use the kiosk machines to do returns but the barcodes won't open the lockers most times. The workers make you try multiple lockers before they will scan your return. A lot of waisted time and energy. Not so friendly or accommodating. The plus side is that it is a Amazon Hub so you don't have to package your returns, and the returns are free of charge.
