We went to Cleavers for lunch to try their Philly cheese steak. The restaurant is conveniently located near the shops at Liberty Square. There are a variety of sandwiches to choose from .. The sandwiches are big but they do not offer a \n6 inch. So split it. it’s so big we could not finish one!
On a recent trip to Philly we asked the hotel concierge if we should go to Pat or Gino’s for steak and cheese. His immediate response was to go to Cleaver‘s. He said it would not disappoint. He could not have been more right! The steak and cheese was absolutely delicious. I highly would recommend if you are in Philadelphia to try this place.
Was very excited to try Philly’s iconic food dish and heard Cleaver’s was very highly ranked. We didn’t go wrong, as the bread, the meat and the cheese were all top notch at this no frills joint with a beer wall and casual dining. Would definitely recommend this as a must-try!
