Last Thursday, I ordered half orders of three different types of chicken from CM Chicken. Unfortunately, one of the wings had feathers still attached. I tried calling to address the issue but didn’t receive an answer, so I sent an email on Friday, but I haven’t received any response.
I’ve always enjoyed the food and service from CM Chicken, so this was quite disappointing. I hope this issue will be looked into and that steps are taken to prevent something like this from happening again in the future.
