Didn't get pictures of the food but I got a 12pc spicy garlic meal with fries and a drink. The price is a little on the higher side especially if you're trying to get a quick bite/save money but it was really good! The wait was not long and the place has good seats. Went there with friends and would recommend especially if you're a student in the area.
CM chicken is my go-to fried chicken place in Philly. Their chicken is juicy and crusts are crispy. I usually get the garlic soy sauce as it has the perfect savory, spicy, and sweetness I’m looking for. Tried snow onions, green onions, cheesy, and honey garlic, they are also worth trying!
The chicken was good — a bit more batter than chicken, but still tasty. Adding the hot snow (onions with that creamy sauce) on top made it even better. The gizzards were spicy with that chewy, rubbery texture (if you like it, you like it), and they were actually pretty good. Fries were a bit salty, but overall everything was good but not mouth watering great.
