A great hidden gem in easy in and out location with awesome sweet treats for you and your loved ones, I highly recommend it while in the area I tried the fried ores Icream it was legendary and the price also hits a sweet spot.

Every time I order something on ubereats they always forget items & then Uber eats don’t believe me and I don’t get my money back for something I didn’t receive. I’m so pissed at this place . I wouldn’t recommend ordering off line . Some places don’t care . Then they didn’t answer their phone . I spent $30 and I didn’t get what I paid for . Hot mess!

A good spot to satisfy your late night sweet tooth cravings! I really like that the price are pretty cheap for almost everything on the menu and the breadth of options available is actually pretty mind boggling, but I personally prefer that over just having a couple of options available to me. Depending on when you go it could be busy, with later in the night being busier as more students migrate over to try and get some sweets. You order at one window and pick up at the other. There isn't any indoor sitting area as far as I know, just some benches and ledges around the exterior of the business. I would come back and try some of the of the many other flavors of ice cream and cookies they have.

Great soft serve and their carnival food is piping hot and tasty too. They also have cheesesteak egg rolls that were fire. No place to eat inside, just a window to grab and go.
we LOVE coco's! the employees are always super nice. i feel like if you got their sundaes anywhere else they'd be double the price. brownie blast sundae, brownie shake, and oreo shake were all fantastic. highly recommend!! (please note it is an ice cream stand so there is no seating and you order outside)

I Am Giving This Place A 3 Star Because They’re Packaging Are Good But I Tried They’re Cookies For The First Time Last Night And They Were Overcooked And I Did Not Like The Taste Even Cheap Cookies Taste Better But The Customer Service Is AMAZING ‼️I Wouldnt Mind Coming Back To Try Something Different.

Coco’s has some of the best desserts in University City. My favorite things to get is the soft serve waffle cones which is like my favorite dessert ever. The staff here are so polite and always have a smile on their face. They are highly efficient and the wait for my order is the shortest possible. I would recommend them every single time!
