The cafe looks so cozy and coffee tastes great and real here! During our visit to US from Europe, we were looking a real tasty coffee and this place became a remedy!
We had a chance to meet the owners, young couple, and they were incredibly kind and hospitable. Definetely recommend!

I've tried probably over 10 coffee shops in old city and northern liberties and this one is easily the best if you're looking for a latte, cappuccino, mocha, cortado, or other milky espresso drink. They also do pourovers and they brew them quite well, but the pourover menu is small and it doesn't seem to be their focus. The pastries are all baked fresh and are fantastic.
In terms of the style of coffee they serve, it's mostly traditional. You won't get bright, acidic shots of espresso or very fruit forward drip coffee unless you ask for a natural pourover. That said, you also won't get super bitter, smokey espresso or drip coffee that's undrinkable without milk and sugar.
Staff are also very friendly and love to give my dog a little treat when I come in.

I’ve been here a couple of times. Matcha is good. Tried the iced banana bread latte today. 9/10. The banana bread flavor is subtle. Coffee is strong. It’s a good ratio if you don’t like very sweet coffee.

Of the many coffee shops in Old City, this is one of my favorites. It has some of the best matcha I've ever had and I love their flavors. Ive heard equally as good things about their coffee. Their butter crossaint is unreal good and generally theyre comparably priced to the area. They also have an awesome patio area where I sat with my furry son for a bit, really great spot overall.

There are so many better cafés in Old City with way more personality and better service and better coffee. This place just feels stale and like it’s trying too hard to be something. If you’re into plain white walls and wood chairs that make for a cute photo, sure go there. But if you’re looking for good coffee, real character, and people who actually get to know you, skip it.
