Finally stopped by after meaning to come in forever. It is REALLY good. Got there at 9 on a Sunday and got the last table available. There was a wait after us, but people were willing to wait in 30 something degree weather, so that has to be a good sign, right? Food was simple and delicious. I had a BEC that comes with a tomato jam on the side. My lovely wife had a kielbasa and kraut omelette that I was pretty jealous of despite not really liking omelettes. Both came with home fries that are as good as everyone says. Wish the door closed on its own!

All timer grilled cheese. Loved the chutney and the bread was a thing of beauty.

This is a great Sunday brunch spot in our neighborhood! The veggie omelettes are so good. It doesn’t hurt that they are a BYOB, too! I love to see how busy they are every time I walk by and see everyone enjoying this cute hub as much as we do.
Excellent breakfast place. It’s a little expensive, but what isn’t anymore. Parking in this neighborhood is atrocious, we went on Saturday, it may be better during the week. It’s also a little crowded in this little restaurant, kinda cozy though.
The food more than made up for it. Everything was seasoned well and had good flavor. If I’m ever in Philadelphia again I’ll definitely come back.

Lovely neighborhood spot. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and community focused. It's very small so you might need to wait but there's a counter as well which usually has a seat for a single diner if that's what you're looking for. Love this place!
Update: Still a regular, still as good as ever. A neighborhood gem!

Favorite breakfast/brunch in the city. It gets busy on the weekends so be sure to get there early and write your name on the waitlist. I love the home feel. The food hits every time with great portions and the best staff. I always stand by the cheddar and scallion waffles and the tuna melt.

Haven’t eaten here, but I kinda didn’t like the pretentious way the woman told me I couldn’t order food to go as if I’d said that was my plan, was told there was no place to sit and that there was a waiting list, wasn’t offered to be put on the waiting list, or the way I was insincerely apologized to while the woman repeatedly waved her hand around to clearly shoo me out throughout her entire interaction with me.

came in and the guy working was super nice! He told us we can wait outside because a table was ready and it just needed to be cleaned. Girl came over cleaned the table but seated a different couple. Okay? Maybe they were here before us. But then a couple that came after us was seated before we were? We went inside to ask what was going on and told the girl we were here before them. She said “theres nothing we can do about it” . What? So apparently there was a waitlist, but the first guy didn’t put us on it, which I assume because he was trying to seat us at that outside table the girl seated others at…
Guy was super nice. But the communication was not too good I assume due to how busy it was. The girl was rude. Ruined my morning honestly and we just left.

The food is great! The simple breakfast options reminds you of home cooking! Pancakes are perfect with real maple syrup to take it to the next level. Great cup of coffee to start the day! Can't wait to come back and try more!

Please update your website/Google Maps if you're closed on the day it says you're open on Google Maps. We walked half of Philly to come to you on Sunday 9:30am Aug 17th to see you're closed. Teams deserve staff retreats, but would have been nice to think about customers as well.
