Just ordered some hot wings for lunch close to noon, the bartender says it’ll be 15 minutes. I don’t called to wawa to get an iced tea and came back in 7 minutes. When I walked back into con Murphy’s my food was on the counter the bartender says right on time. I get back to my office to find that the wings were under cooked. I can’t understand why this happened well I have a clue I’m damn sure not Irish. These were the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life I could not eat them so they went to waste. If I’m sick from what I did digest I know exactly where to go. Overall the wings were horrible and I suggest they are taken off the menu. Crappy service even worst food.

My family and I went to Con Murphy to check out the Restaurant Week menu as well as celebrate my daughter's birthday. The parking situation was an almost immediate situation. What was supposed to cost $6 for 3 hours as per the website ended up costing $20, as there was no way to distinguish the restaurant parking from the hotel parking. The food was very good. Each of us had a different one of the 3 First Course and 4 Second Course menu items. They were all very delicious. The Seafood Etouffee was absolutely awesome. The desserts were good. Overall, the food was very good. The bill was a bit more than I expected, because of the gratuity that was added to the check. My family and I are extremely good tippers; however, the auto added gratuity and the space for an additional tip was a bit confusing. Also, we were seated near the door on a very cold day which was bad, but I didn't see any additional seating options when I made the reservations.
Nice service, clean bathrooms. I brought 2 friends with me for Restaurant Week but was greatly embarrassed when your restaurant wouldn't offer them a salad instead of the soup offered for your restaurant week menu. The waitress said the soup included pork sausage and more. My friends are Jewish. Poor offering? Poor accommodation for all cultures? Not sure why the policy was to refuse salad for pork . Glad I can make you aware. Additionally, I was at my home on computer as we three were deciding which restaurant to go to for a Saturday lunch. My friends chose to call the restaurant to make reservations. They are quite short in stature, I am 85. None of us can handle high-tops yet girl who answered phone said all tables were booked for our chosen 11:45 AM reservation choice. I then tried my computer, was connected to Open Table and was immediately given a reservation for a table at that time. In fact they kept in touch along the way to be sure I was offered choice of floor because of steps...etc. Nice accommodation from them. Lousy service from phone person. An aside... I enjoyed the soup. None of us enjoyed the cheesecake...filling dry, crust unpleasant texture and too sweet. Generous fish sandwich. Good coffee.
Incredible food, great people!

I did not dine at this establishment, this review is based solely on the great customer service I experienced. We were guests at the Windsor Suites, to which this restaurant is conveniently adjoined. We had decided to dine out for dinner. Upon returning to our room, we discovered that the other restaurant had omitted mayonnaise from our order, and we found it difficult to enjoy our meal without it. I approached this restaurant and offered to purchase some. The waitress graciously declined payment and inquired about the desired quantity.

It's been a minute since I was there... The year was 2024... It was a hot week in July. Our day of independence was near. I was in town for a Chess tournament and wanted to check out some local flavor. Glad I stumbled into this place. The food was fantastic ,so I made multiple trips. Kara and Shawn behind the bar were on point with the beverages and Toya was quite diligent in her efforts to ensure my meal was satisfactory. To top it off the local regulars Beth, Tom and Will were wonderful to interact with! My next trip to Philly will certainly have a trip or two to Con Murphy's scheduled!

Con Murphy’s Irish Pub is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a night out. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The drinks are top-notch, especially their selection of craft beers and classic Irish favorites. The food is delicious and hearty—perfect with a pint of Guinness. Whether you’re looking for great live music, a cozy vibe, or just an all-around excellent experience, Con Murphy’s delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Con Murphy’s continues to have amazing food. They could have a party of 100 and as a regular diner you’ll still be taken care of and given amazing food and drinks here. Recommend booking ahead if your party is larger than 6, especially during the holidays or big city event days. PS: Best Irish coffee in the city! If you are at the bar always ask for the best (schedule depending) Michelle, Tuck, Aisling, Latoya they kill it here at Con Murphy’s. Chef is always pouring out top food in the city, for the fellow chicken tender lovers these are the best in the city. All the fixin’s too (bbq, honey mustard, tossed in buffalo, etc.)!

Happened to have a 7 year old kid with us at 5:00 which wasn't a problem except the live music was amped up so loud, it was difficult to hear anything at all and was really disconcerting for the kid.
