I worked with them for 1.5 yrs,Management sucks.I worked with them at one of their cafes,I use to bend over backwards for that cafe and they still treated their worst workers better then the gd workers.I saw with my own eyes how they gave the lazy dont care about their job employees many many chances.As soon as they see your the kind of employee that knows their rights and won't put up with the mistreatment,they fire you.The Chef where I worked was very disrespectful always cursing...read full review
Worst company to work for they work staff 14 to 17 shift hour with no break and standing on feet All day . I see why they can keep staff they have temp worker there . Constellation is a slave company . The they serve staff to cook food mostly fat skin of meat .
Reading some of the shares, and also being looked at as as candidate to work with them, I'm glad I researched them first. Maybe this has nothing to do with the outside, but I don't or wouldn't want to work for a company that treats it's employees from what I read. I think it has more to do with management than what the customer may see or receive.
