This place probably needs to just close down, I ordered from here using the online app around 10 pm it gave an estimated delivery time of 1 to 1.5 hours. Posted closing was 4:30 am after 2 hours I called the restaurant and get an automation system saying go to their website long story short, short story shorter the place was never open and the online app administrator gave me an hard time getting a refund. I did notify Google of their wrong posted business hour, so something came out it. Corfu owes me for doing their job

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at Corfu Pizza. The pizza was dry and lacked flavor, and the toppings seemed to be low-quality. The service was also slow and unfriendly, which only added to the disappointing experience. Overall, I would not recommend Corfu Pizza to anyone in search of a great slice.

Was called for a interview here months ago thinking that it was a regular job like any other food company I walked in they run it like a mom and pop store no uniforms, managers look like crew members the store was unorganized and dirty the owner didn't know how to run the store ppl looked like they were from off the street working behind the counter. The owner had his son there helping out and he smelled real bad one of the managers gave me a time to be there and I received a call stating I was late and they had to let me go that was my worse experience ever.....

I recently order pizza and wings from here through Grubhub. I waited more than 2 1/2 hour for my food but it never came. I tried calling but no one answered. There was no communication from this store AND they tried to get away with it by not delivering the food and taking my money. One day this store will get sued.

I ordered once when they were under renovation (unaware that they were closed because the online ordering system was still open for orders and the hours were saying ‘open’ on google); I was charged for my order and when the store reopened I contacted the store about it on multiple occasions and each time a refund was promised and never fulfilled (and I didn’t even want a refund; I wanted just to receive my initial order but it was explained to me that I couldn’t just be given the order even though they saw in their transaction history that I was charged while they were closed). The customer service has certainly fell off here though. I’ve gone here for years but a change in management/owners has definitely shown a decline in their customer service, and my exampleI’ve listed isn’t the first unpleasant visit here within the past few months. Food is inconsistent, if isn’t it’s burnt the order is slightly made incorrect. I hoped for better but I guess it’s time to find a new pizza spot!

i wish i could give this place negative stars. still waiting for pizza after 3 hours. tried calling. no one answers their phone. this is hands down the worst restaurant experience i've ever had.

My food arrived 45 minutes late, and i had ordered a custom pizza, (essentially meat lovers with olives), fries, and cheesy garlic bread. When the food came cold and soggy, i found that the garlic bread had no cheese on it, and the pizza completely lacked any toppings! I attempted to call the restaurant, was met with an automated message telling me i was placed on hold, and then was hung up on after a second automated message telling me to order on their website. Absolutely horrible service, and the food would have been good, had it not arrived cold and missing half of the order.

My first time hear and definitely my last. I stood at the counter, the only person in the place with four people behind the counter and it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. I ordered and had to yell because the young lady behind the counter had the music so loud. I ordered and then waited another 25 minutes for one cheesesteak platter. There was one order ahead of me but it was also a small simple order, no excuse for such a long wait. The order came out with nothing that I ordered. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions and provolone cheese and a side of onion rings. I received a cheesesteak no onions and fries. When the order came uptrend young lady at the counter wouldn't even put her phone down to get my order to me. The cook had to call her three times before she finally responded and got my order. The food was ok but the customer service was terrible. The young lady at the counter is going to make them loose a lot of business because she definitely goes out of her way to make sure her customers leave dissatisfied. I'll never go to this place and it's in walking distance.

If I only I could put zero stars that would honestly be great . Please do not order from this place this was my second time ordering the food was pretty good but that is not your concern your concern is about your money and I called to place a order 2 weeks back and a voice message picked up when I called them and it said “ we do not want to keep you waiting please order online “ , so I proceed to order online and place the order , 25 minutes later the doordash driver calls me letting me know they are closed and they just took $50.49 from me . I called doordash they said they could not refund me anything only the store can and it’s been 2 weeks of calling with no answer . At first I called the bank do try and dispute and the pending $50.49 went away so it was no longer a charge , and a few days pad but I happen to check my bank and there it is again a purchase of $50.49 . Please save your self the hassle I normally never take my time to right a review

Tried them for the first time on grubhub because of a coupon and didnt know what to expect. The food was amazing cheese steak was unbelievable. They did miss a hoagie platter on our order but we ordered 2 days food so it didnt matter. This was ridiculously good. Onion rings are home made.

I wish people would respect your religious traditions, and understand that if delivery services do them a disservice it is not your guys' fault. Great pizza, service is great.

This is going to be an extremely honest review, that will not lack criticism.I ordered through Ubereats tonight. I ordered 1 cheesesteak, toasted, American and fried onions.Overall the steak was pretty solid, I will say the cheese to meat ratio is a bit off but it was a healthy portion of meat that did not taste cheap. I also enjoyed the option to have my roll toasted. In the future I will probably just order extra cheese.I did also order hotwings, now the only issue is there was absolutely no buffalo sauce really anywhere to be found, and believe me I picked them up and looked all over. I’m not sure they were ever even tossed, I checked what I selected on the app and in my eyes it reflected traditional hotwings in buffalo sauce, but maybe I am wrong.Luckily I had an unopened bottle of Franks wing sauce in my cabinet that solved that issue pretty quickly. If I didn’t have that this review may have been one star less, who knows.I was also not a huge fan of receiving ranch packets instead of a pre fill soufflé cup. I was happy to see it was Kens though.The food arrived in about 30 minutes which nobody can complain about that. Minus the one issue I got exactly what I paid for and enjoyed eating it.The effort was there, in this current climate that’s something to value. I can tell they are really trying to be as good as they can be, especially based off the interactions with bad reviews.I rarely give out one star unless the place REALLY deserves it, and EVERYTHING has to be horrible.To sum it up, they did make a small mistake but they will get my business again.I think I will try their pizza next.

There is no reason why I'm being told its a 30 min wait to get something delivered and nobody came I'm disappointed ms.chris would never the new people running it gotta step they game up..I called the store personally and talked to somebody in the store .. nobody answered after the 30 mins he said it was gonna take after I called for like an hour.
