Food was cold, came in a plastic container and with plastic utensils. Didn’t give us water, we had to ask the cashier, who then gave us foam cups. Unreal dining experience. Prepare to have your mind blown.

Don’t understand why this place has 4 stars on google. This place is not good in any way. First of all, the digital menu doesn’t work; keeps giving error message after trying multiple times. Second, the staff works like they don’t want to be here. Lastly, the food quality is disgusting. I offered a simple sandwich with mozzarella and tomato with sourdough bread. The bread is dry and stale; it smells, and the cheese looks like it was a month old.
I don’t recommend this place. Typical chain food to grab your hard earned dollars. Try locally owned place it will be good for both parties. I tried them in desperation but didn’t work out!

This is the most attentive staff I have run into in a very long time. Andrew in the lobby was especially helpful.

The only downside, the kiosk didn't capture both of our meals and if you get the monster it defaults to the m&m cookie. However, the staff was readily able to correct that . They gave me another cookie.

This place gets 5 stars all around! The staff are great, the BBLT is on another level of delish! The vibe is also great. I recommend 10/10!

I ordered two large chicken and spinach pastas and they left thr chicken out of both of them the nice manager told me to come back the next day and I did and decided I'll take one pasta and one sandwich and when i got home i bit my sandwich and noticed it had a nat on it 🤢🤮🤮 which is flying all over the store even in the desert case

Ordered on website, waited on line that was out the door. Told it was not ready. Waited another 15 min. Was then told they did not have what I ordered. Asked why they did not tell me when I ordered or waited in line and got head shakes. Horrible customer service. Do not come here.

Ordered a pasta… got a half hot half cold pasta that was probably microwaved. The pasta was extremely greasy

We ordered a parfait, two cinnamon rolls, and avocado wrap, and I guess the casheir forgot to put in the wrap. Had to pay for it with cash at the second register because that one didn't take cards. The cinnamon rolls were good, had a lot of icing, but were room temp and not exceptional. The parfait was very tasty, with cut blueberries and strawberries, granola, and vanilla yogurt. The avocado wrap came with mild salsa. It was pretty good, better with the salsa, and came out very hot. A worker brought out the hot food on a platter to the ordered tables, marked with order numbers. There was nothing wrong with the food here, the service is just a little tricky, and the cafe operates a little strangely. The music was also really loud. Overall, not a bad place, but I think there are better places in philly for the same price.

The music is way too loud, and staff won't turn it down. Blasting music at 8am is something that should not happen. I could not enjoy sitting there and I had to leave the restaurant, wasting $4 for parking. I went to McDonald's instead for breakfast.

Went after a doctors appointment and ordered a cold brew black and iced chai to go. Waited 20 minutes, finally attempted to be acknowledged by staff to ask about status of our drinks, was told “we don’t have the chai”…. Wouldn’t you think they’d tell us before we waited 20 minutes for two drinks? Others were being asked if they needed help/assisted before us and overall felt like we were being ignored- will not be returning, customer service here was a joke
