Friday the 13th, after my Dr. appt I ordered a breakfast wrap, it took 20 minutes. Ppl after me received their orders and when I finally received the order, the aluminum wrap was used and barely covered my chicken sausage with no seasoning, very bland. The customer service was a 4. Never return and I will spread the word..... HORRIBLE.

Terrible customer service! Several components of my order was missing on delivery . I was hosting lunch. When i spoke to the manager he said he had no one to deliver the missing items and would refund for me - It was not only embarrassing , and I never received the refund.

This is the best kept secret. My sister and I found this place by mistake. Ever since that day we make sure to visit after the 2hr drive to Philly. The manager is awesome! He handles his business and he makes sure to provide exceptional Customers Service. The staff is so kind and respectful. The chef is top of the line. We really enjoy our trips to the Corner Bakery at 3737 Market St.
Most of the time I go see my docs,I stop here. Pasta,sandwich, café and all the food my daughter and me been ordered,we in love with the flavors. The bacon is always crispy and perfectly cooked,letters, tomatoes, etc..🥰 also the ppl that works there have manners and treats u right. Can't complain.. thank u for everything

I don’t usually go to Corner Bakery, but I had a doctor’s appt and stopped in for a quick bite. I ordered a croissant egg and cheese and my croissant had MOLD on it. not only did i wait patiently while other people who ordered after me to their food before me, but it had mold on it… I was pissed that I didn’t look at it before I left the restaurant, but either it’s unacceptable. How did the employee preparing the food look at that and deem it acceptable to serve? I threw the sandwich right in the trash. Horrible. Please be careful.

The pasta and sandwiches here are excellent. The pasta has a rich buttery flavor, and the chicken and peas are fresh and well-seasoned. With the "Choose Any Two" option, it’s only $15 for a great lunch.
The cashier, Jermaine, was really kind and patient. I'm new to the US, and this was my first time to this cafe. She took the time to explain the menu to me and recommended the delicious Chicken Carbonara pasta. Her warmth and helpfulness made my experience even better.

I came to get a coffee and the service was terrible. I paid for the coffee, was directed to the carafe, and it was empty. I tried to get someone’s attention and after five minutes someone finally acknowledged me and when I informed them the carafes were empty, they promised prompt action.
Another 5 minutes later, I was informed the flavor I purchased was out of stock. I was late for work and decided to get a refund. That process was another 5 minutes because they asked me to step out of line and wait for a manager to approve the refund.
The service was curt at best and I won’t be coming to this place again.

Huge disappointment! Tuna sandwich very meager. They ran out of both Diet Coke and Coke Zero. I alerted staff and they obviously did not care. Our food took forever. Not recommend!
Earl the assistant manager was friendly and accommodating when I needed help. Great food. Great place. Conveniently located next to large doctors office

The food is overpriced. The atmosphere is horrible with a loud radio making it impossible to have a discussion with a friend. A tip was solicited for simply handing me an empty cup for me to fill up on my own with a beverage. Although overpriced, the coffee wasn't bad, so I gave two stars. Not the typical corner bakery.

This place is a hit or a miss. The items are overly priced for the portions. I went in on a Friday and 3:12 and was told that I couldn't order soup because they closed at 4. The professionalism is just not there AT ALL !!!! The staff are always so unhappy and don't seem to know what customer service means.
