I like the place and the food, but it seems like a missed opportunity. With a wood-fired oven and such a big space, I'd love to see the place be a real pizza joint, with New York slices. I figure there'd be a line going around the block for that.
Cosi is a good place to eat on the run and they are noted for their bread and bagels. The food is health oriented. I think the company ran into some financial problems and unfortunately shut down many of its locations. I don't believe this one is open on weekends or after work hours. Anyhow, well worth eating here for lunch from time to time.
I wanted to pass this along and hope it finds it way to the right hands. I have experience top notch customer service with Marquise at your 1700 Market Store. A few times in ordering from Door Dash our order was incorrect, so after placing the order now I decided to call the restaurant and confirm the order. That is when I first spoke with Marquise, he assured me " Christina I am personally going to make this order right" and you know what the order was perfect! Today...
