Manager and staff are super friendly and truly take pride in creating a personalized experience. They go the extra mile to get to know their customers, even memorizing orders to ensure faster and more efficient service. Highly recommend!

I love to get my coffee here every morning when I am at the hospital. Staff are nice and helpful. Thank you guys !
Was here on 12/3/24 with my daughter at approximately 3:45pm. The female working took our order, you could tell she hated being there in the first place. She got our order wrong after telling her 3 times what I wanted on it. My daughter took it back up there and told her and she replied "I asked her if she wanted mayo or not!" My daughter replied that it was supposed to be turkey, cheese, and lettuce. The man working asked the girl what was supposed to be on the sandwich and she yells "it's a completely different sandwich." It wasn't completely different, you just didn't hear it correctly the first time, and you shouldn't react that way in front of customers. If you hate your job, get a new one. The customers that come here have reason to be at a children's hospital and the last thing they want to encounter is a rude employee in the overpriced food court!

4 stars only for the food, which is great. However, the service is awful, it’s located in the Children’s Hospital so is supposed to be good vibes, but the attendant there was extremely rude, I could see she hates her job

Employees making food here need a lot of training. I got a bacon, eggs and cheese bagel, the bacon was raw, bagel was not even toasted.... $7 ...?. I won't be wasting my money here again. Sometimes friendly service., most of the time awful service.

The young ladies that work here are very rude and lack customer service skills. The ice machine was out of ice, so I went to ask the young ladies if they could give me ice. Immediately I was met with attitudes from every single one of them. I guess because I interrupted their conversation. They are very unwelcoming and have bad attitudes. Get a new staff.

Had the chicken melt Parmesan and cheese melt (grilled cheese), two drinks and 2 desserts. Total $39.00. Quick wait, and ok food.
This is a gyro sandwich. Half the ingredients are missing. Almost no sauce and it tasted pretty bad. Oh but it only cost $11. Avoid this place. If you're hungry hit up a food truck outside or get a snicker out of a vending machine.
Ordered a a gyro bowl. Had to be 90% white rice. Not a lot of gyro and veggies. Not a fan.Edit: don’t come back at me saying you want to make it right. Get it right the first time.
The success of this Cosi establishment is that it’s the only source of food in the building food court. They do not use the traditional ovens of a regular Cosi restaurant and the sandwiches do not taste the same. Cobb salad was fair but lacked avocado.
