No matter how busy they are they are so pleasant and so kind. Especially what you want for a food service in a hospital.
Worst food near CHOP, rude and untrained employees, they don’t even hand food to you and they through it to you instead. They ask whether you have paid for the drink whenever you are refilling. They never make the coffee machine work. Totally get annoyed even you got a good start of the day. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!

I scrolled through reviews before writing this and almost think there had to be 2 different locations in the same building. But nope. Wow, what a strange concept and place. This is a poor excuse for a Cosi. I was thrilled after leaving CHOP with my son to see there was a Cosi here. This is definitely more like microwaved sandwiches and expensive snacks. Service was quick, I guess, but I would never order from here again. $22 for one subpar sandwich and two drinks.

I stop almost every morning for my usual breakfast and since they know me so well it’s anlways waiting for me lol im always greeted with a smile and a nice laugh for the morning! It’s a great way to start my day! The service is quick and food is always on par! I start super early at Chop and there is always someone there!
