Food was great and they were very accommodating for our group of 12 people. When they saw we had children they called Santa in to see our group. The kids loved it! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I’ve been coming to Cosimo’s since 2007, and it’s still my favorite lunch spot in Chestnut Hill. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love the Meat Lovers and Chicken & Broccoli pizzas, the Santa Fe Salad, and those soups? So comforting. Their fries are hands-down the best in town.

It’s a warm, family-owned place with kind folks and a welcoming vibe. I’ve brought friends, co-workers, and my kids here over the years, even my grown kids still rave about the cheesesteak!

Thank you for being my cozy corner in Chestnut Hill since 2007. Your food, kindness, and welcoming vibe have carried me through busy workdays and quiet solo lunches alike. From the soups to the pizza to the best fries in town every bite feels like a warm hug.

Cosimo’s is my go-to when I need a quiet spot to enjoy lunch and knock out some admin work. The soups are cozy (love the Chicken Pastina), the pizza is always fresh, and the Wi-Fi makes it easy to plug in and focus. It’s relaxed, friendly, and family-run — the kind of place that makes solo dining feel welcoming. Great for locals and travelers alike!

I really enjoyed the food and it’s very affordable. The customer service was excellent, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly making it a great experience to eat there.

So disappointed!!! I walked in, ordered two strombolis to go. Wait time was sufficient. At home we cut both strombolis in half. One half of the steak stromboli had almost no steak in it. For the chicken one, I very specifically ordered 3 ingredients: chicken, broccoli, and mozzarella cheese. The one we got had almost no chicken, lots of ham, some kind of smoky bacon, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses--couldn't eat it. Both strombolis were black (overcooked) on the bottom. For all this, I gave a 20% tip when I picked them up.

The food is good, but there is always an issue of time and respect.
I've stood in line and have people walk away from the counter for minutes at a time when it was time for ME to order.
I've placed simple orders and seen the entire restaurant have an entire new batch of patrons inside even though I ordered before most of the people who left.
Placed orders had them be wrong and had to wait, again, for everyone else to get their order before mine was fixed.
Last time I was in a hurry to get somewhere, so I CALLED AHEAD FOR 4 SLICES IN 2 BOXES,,,,,,,, HOW WERE THEY NOT DONE WHEN I GOT THERE 12 MINUTES TO LATER???..??.?
I just walked out.
Side note, I don't look like the staff of this establishment....
I'm not saying that is the reason for my poor experience of customer service, if that isn't the reason, 8 don't know how people go back enough to keep them in business
