Guys, it is not worth the Hype. The quality is less or similar to any Philadelphia neighborhood pizza shop, really, nothing special at all, save your time and money, it is not worth it. BTW seems like they are really enjoying reviewing their own hoagies ....just read the reviews you'll understand what I mean.

Ordered a chicken parm and a hot roast beef (wet) with cheese and I got a cold sandwich so old the cheese didn’t even melt a little bit ! To then call 10 times 2 minutes after getting my food to be ignored! Horrible service ! Horrible food!

Cosmi’s Deli really let me down. I was so excited to try their Italian hoagie since I LOVE Italian hoagies, but it was seriously underwhelming at Cosmi’s. The hoagie had barely any meat – mostly just lettuce – and the bread was so hard that I could hardly bite into it. Honestly, I’ve had better Italian hoagies from Wawa with more meats at cheaper price.

We got a cheese steak from here and I would definitely not recommend it. I can't really speak to the overall quality of the place, their regular sandwiches might be good. John's Roast pork has much better cheese steaks.
