Repeatedly messes up orders. Forgets whole meals.
One time we ordered two gluten free burgers and they sent them with regular buns. When we requested a refund, we were only refunded the $2 per GF bun. Even though someone’s whole meal was inedible due to gluten allergy.
Today we ordered dinner and again, there was an issue, again. The gluten free burger was entirely missing. We also received the wrong fries, which isn’t the biggest deal. But missing a whole persons meal? Now one person in our home doesn’t have dinner because they forgot an entire burger. The receipt had everything accurate, it’s just like they didn’t care enough to read the whole thing. Or double check that the order bag had all of the items. And ofc, there’s “nothing they can do”. Literally just had to check that the bag had the right number of items before sealing it. But because of their laziness, now someone doesn’t have dinner.
We won’t be ordering from Cousins Burgers again. We were willing to give them another shot after the first mistake. But it’s clear this is a pattern and it will continue happening. Don’t order from here unless you’re fine with missing whole meals.

Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester.
As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Congratulations to Mani and the team, and welcome to West Chester!

Ordered take out. $12 bux for the meal. Wasn't expecting much but turned out to be a good deal. Chicken sandwich was decent size, good quality chicken and tasted great. Cheese fries weren't bad, certainly edible, mostly enjoyable but it's standard fair. A good size portion however. Ordered the same order 2 days in a row. My only gripe is that it would be awesome to have more pickles and cole slaw bc they add a lot to the sandwich.

Honestly the best smash burger I’ve had in a really long time. The meat tastes seasoned and the wings are spicy but not hot enough to take away from the overall crunch+taste. Really good spot if you’re around ridge and you’re looking for something meaty.

I was looking for a halal authentic cheesesteak and the world wide web told me to check out Cousins. The ribeye cheesesteak was delicious! Nice and gooey from the cheese (I asked for extra), not over cooked, great flavor.
Ordered pick-up then sat and ate since we were on a time crunch— we were so impressed by both how quickly our order was prepared and how delicious everything was!
The chicken on the chicken sandwich was crispy and meaty and the sandwich had the perfect amount of sauce.
The double smash burger was seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. It’s the next morning and we’re still thinking about it. Like the perfect burger right off the grill on a summer evening. Fries had a nice crisp on them.
We will be returning.
