Visiting Philadelphia and came across this gem. If you're looking for good food at affordable prices and a old school atmosphere, this is your place. If I'm ever in Philly again I'd definitely come back!

It’s just not what it used to be for breakfast. I took some clients there after raving about how good it was we were disappointed. Also inquired about catering just a 5 minute drive away and they couldn’t do it. So my company went with another caterer for breakfast and lunch. That other company made over $1,300.00 from us today for a party of 12! Sorry Coventry, maybe next time.

The deli is a bit pricey, which is to be expected for a center city restaurant. We got a chicken cutlet platter. It was good and freshly made.

Coventry deli has something for everyone. I like their chicken ceasar salad with the blackened chicken.

I love them! I was worried they wouldn't reopen after the pandemic. Huge menu, lots of breakfast options as well. I've never had anything I didn't like. Corned beef, turkey club, French fries (some of my most recent orders). My only tiny complaint is post COVID-19 the bakery section was greatly reduced & they did away with my fav' dark chocolate & toffee covered pretzels. You can't really find them anywhere else.
