I have been here plenty of times and probably spent thousands at this establishment over the last 10 years. The customer service wasn’t always great but it was never this horrible. I travel close to an hour and spend at least 60$ every time I go and in return today I received the worst customer service from the moment I walked through the door! The man taking my order was so rude!!! The woman is never nice either but I didn’t interact with her much today. Nonetheless today was the last straw- I will never waste gas, money or time going there ever again- I don’t care if they have the best food around, they won’t receive my business any more.

I brought 22.00 worth of blue crabs on 11/13/24. The crabs were mushy like a potato. I brought them back and was told I would receive my money back on my debit card in 24 hours. I have not got my refund back yet. The workers were very rude. The owner is a white gut but he runs to the back when he see customers

Just left with my order on 9/20 around 1pm and the brown skin (not dark skin so the two men aren’t being confused) guy with the beard was very rude. I’d rate his customer service a -3. any question asked he acted as if we were bothering him when they were simple questions. We got two separate half dozen crabs because we each got different sauces. When we asked which was which because he didn’t let us know or label it he gave a nasty look and acted like he didn’t understand the question so we had to open the platter in front of everyone to see. If you don’t wanna be here clock out!! VERY NASTY SERVICE.

Very unprofessional workers. No concern about the customer or the money they choose to spend their. One of the female workers actually started eating her own food and I had to ask when she was going to serve me! ??‍♀️

I was a regular customer but the customer service here has declined drastically. The female staff look & act like they are being bothered as soon as you walk in the store. Considering the economy you would think the staff would at least be pleasant & appreciative they still have customers buying $1.00 size crabs for $3.00. If the lack of customer service continues I would not be surprised if they lose all their customers.

I bought some food for my family I got 2 crabs for 60 Dollars. Out of my pockets I recommend not getting food here. They took my money and refusing to give it back.

first time I use this place I've always used the one on Belfield Avenue I must say this place is much more cleaner and you also have a place to eat your crabs if you want to... I don't because I like to eat my crabs at home where I can get down and dirty..update.... I hope they choose to keep their curbside service is great fast quick easy
