My boyfriend and I didn't get to dine at this establishment because our reservation was canceled.

We booked a table for two to celebrate our two-year anniversary and were emailed days later that the restaurant was closing for the summer. We had made our plans around dining at this restaurant (sites we wanted to see prior, activities prior, etc.) and were offput by this cancellation. We really wish the restaurant would have prominently displayed this closure on their website and did not allow reservations to be made.

I would give it a five star but I don't like how they add a 20% tip when that's voluntary from the customer! $32.81 FOR A MILKSHAKE & BEER! It's not very etiquette as a restaurant a service. They also charge another tax in addition to sales tax. So what you see that you're going to pay is not what you're going to pay! Otherwise the place was nice and my wife was happy, Is she got a really nice milkshake. The servers were very friendly and attentive. Would I come back?.... No. I'll look elsewhere.

20% gratuity is outrageous, the staff don't even tell you. It's in small print at the bottom of the menu.

We took our children after a matinee at Walnut Street Theater. Our girls loved the floral decor!

We came for lunch after seeing a play at the Walnut Street theater. It's a quick walk from the theater. The kids love the birthday cake milkshakes and decorations. Food and service was good.

Fun, fairy-like atmosphere with twinkling lights, vines and flowers on the ceiling. Loved the “Adult Shakes”

Firstly, Whit, was seriously the best waiter I've ever had. He really took good care of us! My daughter and I got their Fettuccine Alfredo. We both asked for no mushrooms. The chef accidentally put them in there. They made a whole new order. It took a bit, but we were just happy to eat. And it didn't disappoint! Probably the best Alfredo I've ever had. The atmosphere is cozy, beautiful to look at and having an employee like Whit, you'll be sure to have an amazing experience.

We enjoy ourselves every time we go to craftsman the atmosphere the food but especially the milkshakes. We got five times a year when we go to the theater I don't get in town anymore than that.

Our server was Sophie and she was WONDERFUL! She helped to make our experience terrific - she was attentive and friendly and helpful with the menu! Our food was quite good and the spring cocktails were delicious. We loved all the floral decorations. It made the venue appear quite festive. Thank you! We will be back!

My ex-wife’s favorite place. Now I know why. The espresso martini was delicious. The shrimp sandwich was very good but I had Oder envy when I saw the burger. The sauce for the chicken sticks is amazing. Bacon roses? Genius! Fun decor. Very good service.

Walking in here the first red flag was that on a night where the Phillies are playing, a bar in center city Philly is not playing the game but rather women’s college basketball on every single one of their 3 tvs. Second thing I noticed was this place was empty at 7pm on a Friday night which after that experienced I’m not surprised in the least. This restaurant is one of those places you go to try it because it sounds good and learn your lesson real quick. I noticed quickly on the menu the 20% gratuity fee which is insane to me. Trust me I am definitely one to tip after all I work in food service but requiring a fee to eat somewhere is ridiculous and believe me I did not feel any gratitude towards that server. He dropped us off 2 waters and asked us what we wanted to eat and we said we needed a few minutes. He didn’t come back for 15 minutes… I will always excuse terrible service when a place is busy but they were not at all had 4 table

Finally got a very difficult-to-get reservation the day after Christmas. Heard so much about the festive atmosphere and it definitely did not disappoint. It is like Christmas on steroids. Not a very big place, so really no place to wait if your table is not ready yet. Food was average, but not the main attraction. Brussel sprouts were amazing. Drinks and desserts (milkshakes) are a must!! The entire time we were seated, 5 tables around us sat empty. Not sure if it was because they were short-staffed, but certainly leads to the hard-to-get reservation.
