Currito has customizable bowls, some of which are / can be made vegan. There are a plethora of ingredients to add in. The harissa bowl (without feta) is what I got (although I didn't get a convincing confirmation that the harissa paste itself was fully vegan, although everything else was after omitting the feta) and it was alright, albeit a bit oily and the hummus a bit gritty. “Why is this food from the airport the best meal we’ve had on our Philly trip”

Super delicious fresh and loaded with endless options staff did not stop me from adding on and on to the bowl. Peanut sauce curried chick peas quinoa cous cous fresh veggies etc every component was highly impressive!

Last minute breakfast at the PHL airport. I'm from southern New Mexico. We don't put rice or beans in our burritos (except for bean or chicharron burritos but never rice). The gentleman working was very accommodating. I just wanted meat and Chile in a tortilla. He hooked me up great. Thanks!
