I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the staff for ordering food, and then an employee ROLLED THEIR EYES at me when I asked for an extra garlic butter as if the cost was coming out of their paycheck ????? The speed of service rivaled that of a tortoise, and I could see that other customers were having a similar experience. This is the last time I have DP Dough. Learned that the DP stands for Disgusting People. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not recommend going here at all. Employees are slow, rude, and VIOLENT. They took forever to bring out the food and when asked multiple times by a customer on the status of the food, the employees got angry and started PUNCHING the customer. The customer had to go the ER. Do not visit this place especially at night for your own safety!!

I be ordered after midnight between 1:30 A.M. & 1:40 A.M. and the restaurant closes @ 4 A.M. , I ordered directly from the site. Time passes and it is 2:30 and my order still did not come, so I decided to call them. I called the number that is on their website, Instagram and menu. I got no answer at all, the voice message says, “the number you have dialed is unallocated.” I also called the a number that is attached to their Instagram but that person said they have not worked there for 5 years. I also went out my way to take a trip the store during the time they are supposed to be open but it was closed. Not just about the money, it’s the principle and purpose.

im confused. how are these garlic parm stix? this is just an empty calzone with garlic and parm on it there wasn’t even butter. i had to rip it apart because it wasn’t even cut. apologizes foe the blurry photo but you can clearly see what i mean edited to reply: look at my photo and tell me that meets your description at all. i’m glad the owner’s competency match those of the cooks. this place is a joke
staff was really rude and to top it off got my wings and had a roach and when called to let them know they just hang up so make sure to check your food

Usually when I order milkshakes from DP dough, I can barely finish them but last night they gave me the wrong cup with a huge straw for a three dollar milkshake not 12 ounces of milkshake number one number two. I called there in the man gonna tell me that I’m lying what the hell do I have to lie about a milkshake for? Horrible

I come here often and never have issues but today I walked in said hello twice, was ignored, waited 2 mins, said hello again (i only came in for a drink) and was ignored so as I was walking out, finally the person behind the counter acknowledged me by saying “im just finishing your order” meanwhile, i had no order, the man didnt even know what i was there for.
