Quite literally the weirdest experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped into the store the feeling was off. 5 girls for a completely empty store. 4 of them doing absolutely nothing but chatting and laughing going in and out of the back. It was very a awkward experience almost felt like i messed up their gossip time lol ice cream was good though customer service was definitely not it

I had such a wonderful experience with the Dairy Queen on Grant Avenue, thanks to Stephanie! I was placing an online delivery order for my daughter, who has celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. Unfortunately, the delivery app didn’t have a way to select gluten-free options, even though I know this location offers gluten-free Oreos and is very careful about cross-contamination.
I called the store to see if there was a way to make this work, and Stephanie was so kind and accommodating. She took the time to reassure me that she would thoroughly clean the Blizzard machine and make sure to use the gluten-free Oreos for my daughter’s treat. Her understanding of celiac disease and her willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me as a parent.
Thank you, Stephanie (and Doug, too!), for your incredible service. It’s such a relief to know there’s a Dairy Queen we can trust for safe and delicious gluten-free ice cream treats. You’re the best!

Pay attention to your tab one day a egg sandwich will be 3.00 and the next week when in a hurry you'll get charged 3.50 or 3.75 for same sandwich ! But I can say I love their egg and cheese on bread/toast for only 3.00 bucks and usually is made pretty quickly !

I always get Dairy Queen, but tonight?! I feel so weird and nauseous af after eating a small blizzard. Just to look at the reviews and see a review from a week ago that 2 people were throwing up & sick!!!
