This is the best brownie I’ve ever tasted in my entire life.

New location at 990 Spring Garden. Strong coffee, espresso and some slammin breakfast sandwiches. BLT with a fried egg is 👍

I have never been to the storefront, but I have gotten various things from them several times at the East Falls and Fairmount farmers markets. Their cheesecake bars are absolutely the best bar of any kind I've ever had, I can't even describe them properly to do them justice, but it's insane to me that so few reviewers mentioned them (must be because their sandwiches are THAT good--I will have to go to the shop to try one apparently!). Their focaccia bread is also the fluffiest, spongiest, freshest bread I've tasted, and can easily be eaten plain by itself. Their chocolate cake is perfect--rich chocolate flavor and not too sweet. So I wholeheartedly recommend trying pretty anything they make!

The best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Everything about it is exceptional and they're always consistent! Brioche bun has perfect mouthfeel and flavor. Bacon cooked so perfectly you bite right through it never stringy or floppy. Eggs cooked hard with the cheese on them is to die for. Thai shallot mayo ties all the flavors together. Order this exact thing and you won't regret it literal perfection. Thanks Darnel's!

Staff is pretty friendly and although it is a pretty small booth, it looks pretty and organized. I tried pre ordering online and kept saying no biscuits available so I had to go in person. Biscuits are the reason to come, buttery and fluffy .

easily one of the best breakfast wrap’s i’ve had. thank you for blessing my tastebuds. the biscuits are also delicious.
Good food for breakfast.
Quite low key spot to have breakfast or lunch.
Food is okay. Chicken Caesar salad is good but prices are pretty high. None of them are really that good with customers. Need to work on that.

The food is good, but some of the prices are ridiculous. Look at prices before you buy, like $30 for a sweet potato pie or $20 for corn bread. I actually thought they were typos.
Great biscuit breakfast sandwich with delicious aioli add-on. Will be back for more!!
I love this spot so much! Everything is so delicious, high quality, and fresh. I swear by the egg and cheese biscuit sandwich as the best biscuit breakfast sandwich in the city. Today I branched out and got the mushroom quiche and a cup of the special soup (squash coconut curry) and I’m so delighted! Will have to try more lunch items in the future. Not a bad thing to say about this place, but do note that the seating is limited and it’s probably best for takeout.
