Dave & Buster's Philadelphia

Management will take your money and then steal your time by refusing to fix their mistakes in a timely manner. I'm currently standing at the front desk waiting for the manager to activate a card I paid $70 for over an hour ago. Staff tries their best at least.

I hadn't been here in about 10 years and forgot just how much fun it is. We were here for an event for the school that I work at and the students, parents, and staff had an amazing time!

We stopped in for lunch. Service was good, our waitress was great. I didn't have high expectations for the food but it was good. We all got the $20 eat and play deal. I think that gave us each 40 credits so it was a really good deal but after realizing all the games cost like 7.7 credits, it's impossible to use them all. At the end of the day, were all left with unused credits...so that felt kind of scammy. We refilled one card and shared after that.

The place smelled like weed. I always wanted to take my daughter to Dave and Buster's. I will be choosing a different location. The pricing for a play card and the points to is absurd. 5.2 points to play a claw machine to win rubber duck. It wasn't the same 10 years ago when I had visited with my S.O.

I cannot believe this is the flagship location. This D&B is pretty bad. It's dirty, half the games do not work properly and the bar is laughable. Severely understaffed would be an understatement.. I've been to other locations and this is by far the worst. Dont waste your money or time here.

We just did the Arcade and we had fun winning tickets was pretty easy and we walked away with a few plushies !

A place with a wide variety of games, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The number of employees seems to be inadequate, especially on weekends, which makes the service extremely slow.

Came in an hr before close, was told they only did take out even though they close @ 12am. Sat at bar anyway. We had fun just why yall close the dining room and hr before close

Women’s toilets were unusable, several missing seats, no amenities and even a stall with feces smeared all over the seat! Some games are okay, several are broken. Ultimately not sure how to enjoy myself when I can’t use the bathroom safely.

The wait time was so ridiculous!!! But what really ruin the night was the
Appetizer it was cold!! How did that appetizer left the kitchen like that. Then sit and wait some more and more……By time my food came around, I was so bothered that I took it home…

Half-Price Games and Food! And the staff enhance the spirit of the space. It’s like people helping to make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s place.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a game room with a bunch of games everywhere!

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s an elevator to ride up to the establishment. There is also ramps through out to make it to the games and that’s the whole reason you’re here, lol
