Took my daughter for her 20th birthday. The staff was great, the food was excellent. Recommend the spicy smashed burger. She had a blast.

Great place to unwind and have fun. Fill with games and things to do. I recommend going on a date here, it's like an adult playground. You could also take the kids here as well.

Not only we have to pay to park where most dave and busters have free parking 🙄 they are under staff at the bar wait times are longer then 10 mins and front desk is horrible 😳

The vibe is so bad. Very dimly lit. Servers are so checked out. Imagine any franchise in Philly that isn’t managed well, it’s gonna suffer from employees who don’t care. Only come here to play games.

I took my nephew to D&B for his 13th birthday and first there was a little confusion because they didn’t see my reservation I made in their system but we actually got to sit in a better area that was closer to the entrance/exit. Our waiter was a young lady that was trying her hardest to keep up with everyone but I will say that since we had a lot of ppl , they could have provided her with help. We had no utensils for the cake so I had to personally go to the bar area and ask for plastic forks. My nephew and one of his friends asked a sodas which took over 30mins for them to get and again, if she had help everything would’ve went a little more smoothly but she was a sweet young lady that my aunts actually prayed for. And also my family didn’t like that another waiter came over to our section and sat another family in the same section that they said we could use. The bartender was RUDE. I wanted order a drink for me and my mom and he said “ 2 drinks you need 2 ids!!” Maybe he was having a bad day but that rubbed me the wrong way. Watch how your tone is talking to customers. Then when I went back to get another drink he asked for my id again and when I gave it to him and stated you already checked it before, he still proceeded to check it and looked at me and said “ ohh you’re right I did “ terrible lol But as far as the games, my nephew and family enjoyed themselves and so did I. I love D&B since I was a kid just the customer service could be a little better. Ohh and can’t forget, as I was talking to my cousin we both saw a mouse. Yup a real mouse just minding its business right after our food came out. It was disgusting and we made the waitress aware and she stated that management knows already. 🥴 yikes

The arcade is loud, but there is something for everyone. Pool, food, alcohol... everything was great. Big menu and everything was tasty.

When we first got there there was a desk at the entrance. We purchased a card.. without being told it'd be best to buy with our food to combine all and save.. awkward. Walking in the place was kinda empty... So it made no sense that no one greeted us or guided us to a table. We had to look for someone. We ending up going to the game room.

Originally we were interested in the unlimited wings deal.. however they were NOT offering the deal.. even though it's all over social media and ANNOUNCED OVER THEIR LOUDSPEAKERS!!! IT WAS LITERALLY BLASTING ON THEIR LOUDSPEAKER AS I WAS ASKING AN EMPLOYEE ABOUT THE OFFER!!!! THE DEAL IS FOR MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS.. IT'S THURSDAY.. BUT APPARENTLY DAVE& BUSTER'S IS GIVING FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

We went to the bar... because there was no waitress or waiter on the floor and after waiting what seemed forever.. we walked to the bar. We ordered drinks... Expensive and weak drinks. The prices were not worth it. Then we ordered food.. which were very tiny portions. Ridiculous prices for the tiny bit you receive. The employees all looked miserable. None were helpful or knowledgeable of anything in their own establishment.

We played some games.. that was ok... Until we got charged for a few games without being able to play them.. so we got cheated out of our play points we paid for 😑😑😑😑 Here's a tip guys...UNPLUG THE BROKEN GAMES!!!

I'm very disappointed with my experience smh. I won't be going back. We spent over 220 for a unsatisfied visit. The false advertisement alone was enough to walk out.. I regret my decision to stay. Lesson learned!!! If I could give zero stars I would 😐😐😐
