Dave & Buster's Philadelphia - Franklin Mills

The food offerings that were selected were so-so for food that is mostly ready to heat and eat. The young lady that was handling the bar as well as taking orders and handling the seating of the guests was excellent as she did this mostly with no help at all. The problems arose from the kitchen itself. Though there appeared to be at least 3-4 people that were "working" (or hanging out) in the kitchen, it took almost an hour to receive the food ordered and portions of it were cold upon arrival and had to be sent back for warming.

The food was very disappointing. The boneless chicken tasted like it was cooked the day before and reheated, the smash burgers were a big pile of grease. We came for my brother's birthday and there was nothing special for the birthday boy. Overall very disappointing, maybe because I had such high expectations.

Our waitress Anna was amazing and nice. She constantly checked on our party of 9 seeing if we needed anything! It was my niece's 7th birthday and Anna made sure to make the birthday girl happy!

I had a reservation and they told me they can't seat because they didn't had anymore seats

The food was nasty and the drinks were corny. They don't even do the big blue drink that you need 4 adults for anymore.

Went there on NYE, the place was not crowded at all, we were promptly seated, the server was pleasant, however, the Food Service was Extremely Slow! From the Drinks to the Appetizers and Entrees, everything took Way Too Long to be brought out, plus they forgot one of our Appetizers (Nachos) Staff seemed tired. Food was Underwhelming, this was our first time at this location, probably will not be back. Hopefully the other locations are better. Just Being Honest!

Lewis and spoke With a fabulous manager Emily. They both made our experience very pleasant and we can’t wait to come back.

The girl who was working the redemption stand when we went to redeem tickets this evening (11/22/24) at around 4 was absolutely rude, had an attitude, was on her phone, she definitely does not like her job. Her attitude was completely unnecessary! other than that the kids had a blast
