Dave & Buster's Philadelphia - Franklin Mills

I’ve been to several different D&B locations but this one was a bit lacking - maybe due to the holiday weekend. There were many machines not working/functioning well and many that took our points but didn’t let us play. Things weren’t kept up well like the bathroom having no toilet paper in most stalls and no wipes to clean the VR machine. We had fun but I’ll definitely go to 2 other locations nearby next time instead.

The gentleman that was working the bar today was extremely professional and polite.

Haven't been there in forever but had a great night. Drinks are a bit pricey and don't even taste the alcohol. Just stick to beer lol

The place was clean and everything was working for the most part. Place was a little under staffed, but we went on a Sunday, so that might be the reason.

Do they not serve food here? We came in around 1pm. We stood waiting for someone to give us a table while two employees were talking in front of us, completely ignoring us. The bartender, whom appeared busy, finally asked if we needed help. When we asked for a table, she said go ahead and sit anywhere. Great, so we did. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and still no one came to take our order, not even drinks. Meanwhile the kid at the prize area, probably 15 feet from us, was just on his phone. Finally gave up and left.

Oddest experience. Walked in with our family and waited for a table. 3 workers were just talking and kept looking at us. We finally decided to walk up to one after some time and said we wanted a table. She said oh you just seat yourselves. So she watched us get our family situated at a table. After at least 10 minutes no one came over to greet us or take our drink order. When we went to return our highchair there wasn't an employee in sight.

So I came with my son and two nephews for my son bday and when I first came I was greeted by the manager and that instantly made me smile. So I felt it was going to be a good time until I met the waitress and bar tender who was not friendly at all. I mean the faces showed bitterness and they were against being friendly. I am big on service and was totally turned off by their attitude and behaviors. It wasn’t just me they did that with it was other customers as well. I ended up changing my waitress because I was not comfortable with gee waiting on me. Caught an attitude cause she provided the wrong drinks and all. Will come back but for sure won’t allow her to wait on me.

Went out to dinner with the family. Had a nice time. The food was delicious 😋 and the we played games 🎮 and don't want to forget our incredible waitress Anna. She was very attentive and made sure we had a good time.

The employees were really rude, when we didn’t have enough points on our cards for what we wanted to get , which we thought we did so instead of being curious they laugh at us! My daughter was upset! Then they acted nice and said have a good day! At that point it was too late! I don’t think we’re coming back!

Walked in and wasn’t greeted sat at the desk with two employees behind the desk and no one said a thing. I finally asked if we could be seated and the employee responded “oh you wanted to sit down to eat?” Food was just okay- nothing to brag about. Waitress was nice and that’s pretty much the only reason for two stars. Prices for the quality of service and rewards you get from getting tickets at the arcade are just not worth it anymore. This will probably be my last visit to Dave and busters. The business has really gone down hill all the way around.

Great place to spend the day with family friends or all by yourself. Located at the very end of Philadelphia Mall along Knights Road. They serve alcohol which you can get at the bar or at the booths table n chairs. It's a large place great for parties or events. They have all kinds of video games pin ball skill games and pool tables galore. Whatever your choice bring lots of money 💰. The food is okay depending on your order.
