The worst possible experience. Ordered through Uber eats. Cancelled off the milk shake when I would've ordered elsewhere just because that's all I really wanted. Didn't give the driver my fiance's slushie - also what she really wanted. Asked for no sauce and a side of cheese on my sliders. The receipt shows correctly but they gave me plenty of sauce all over my slider and no cheese. Asked for a cheese cup on the side of my fiance's tenders. Got a PIECE OF CHEESE SITTING ON TOP OF THE TENDERS UNMELTED. Is this place serious? I wouldn't feed that to a rat.
First time at Dave’s hot chicken and Coco was such a great help. Food was delicious and friendly service. I highly recommend .

When I first tried Dave's, it was amazing!! Sadly, the quality of the finished product began to decline, many times the food would be room Temperature and the chicken was dry. The great mix of classic rock, yacht rock, pop, and old school Motown started evolving into urban, hip-hop, rap, and even hardcore with explicit lyrics. However, it appears that upper management has literally cleaned house, and trained an entirely new team and manager, creating a wonderful, culturally diverse crew. The music reverted to the mix it was always meant to be, and the food was back to excellent! Perfectly cooked, crisp on the outside and moist on the inside, and still hot when you arrive to pick up your order! Great job, and a great place to take out from or eat in. Once again. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner tonight and commend them on taking the difficult steps to turn this location around, heading back in the right direction!! If you used to come and stopped, you need to come back and will not be disappointed. If you never tried Dave's Hot Chicken, now is the perfect time. You'll be glad you did!

Yesterday I ordered food around 9 pm and I was sitting there waiting for my order, I noticed that the person who had taken my order was also packing people's food. Whenever he packed the order, he would first spit on his finger by touching it with his tongue and then pack the order. He was doing this in every order. Seeing this, I cancelled the order and took my refund.

This experience was my first visit, and it will definitely be the last. First, the food is overpriced. I ordered the combo meal with one slider and one tender. The price is $15.11. The combo meals DO NOT include drinks. Unacceptable! Next, the chicken has no flavor. It's clear the chicken itself is not seasoned. I guess they expect the flavor profiles to do the work. Also, the meal included a basic slice of white bread. On a positive note, the fries were good. That is where the seasoning is. I do not recommend this establishment unless you want to be overcharged for some below average chicken.
