Best sushi in Philly. The Omakase was worth every penny, and we were all very happy with the selected fish plus a description of what and where it came from. The staff is always wonderful and they take care of all the details. Will go again soon!

This place is my tried and true. Hit after hit. High praise for the Chirashi, but my faves can’t be limited to this one dish. I am so happy dawa is here in the neighborhood. I have tried all the ‘best’ sushi places in Philly and I still find myself craving dawa after all these years.

Been here so many times, and never fails to impress me. Sushi is fresh and delicious, and the ramen is incredible every time. Location might seem sketchy, but the interior environment is quiet and pleasant. Couldn’t recommend more as a casual spot for great sushi.
