Amazing experience per usual! Our waiter John was amazing and his assistant Gabe. My husband has eaten in the vault plenty of times but this was first and it was a great experience.
Overall very enjoyable but a few misses as well. The A5 Wagyu which we were very excited for came out fatty and poor looking, the server agreed and unfortunately they said all the A5 they had looked like that, not sure why it was attempted to be served. Plates seem to linger quite longer then expected on the table after they were finished. water would be refilled with empty plates left by the back server on the table for some reason. Overall food was fantastic outside of the A5...
Had a reservation at 9pm, as soon as we sat down, we were asked to order because kitchen was closing. Restaurant Should no take reservations at times that does not allow customers to even get a drink prior to ordering.
