I had the rigatoni. It was mediocre at best. My wife had the salmon. It was hard and overcooked. I ordered the hot chocolate explosion cake and they forgot about it so by the time I got it it was cold. I had to wave the server down to get the check. You would think since we were the only ones in there, we would have gotten exceptional service, you would be wrong.
There was one waiter during whole the lunch hour. The whole floor wasn't serviced for ridiculous windows of time. No one behind the bar at times for simple things like water or soft drinks. It was a longer lunch than it needed to be.

My dinner at Provisions was fantastic. The staff was so attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was timely. The manager, Julie came to our table to talk with us, and she was fabulous. We will be coming back in the very near future!

The food was awful. My provision's beet salad had three 1/2 inch of beets for $17.00. The non alcoholic drink I ordered cost the same as alcoholic version. The bacon hamburger my sister ordered was grey and no bacon! Also overpriced. My son ordered chicken wings. They were never delivered and when we asked about them, we were told that he did not order them. Yet when the bill came, we were charged fir them. A VERY disappointing night!

I hosted a business group dinner for 8 at Provisions. Everyone was happy with their food. The host and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive, but it was disappointing that one person's food (the chicken dish) came out 15 minutes after everyone else had been served. Most people had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't go out of my way for a dinner at Provisions, but for people staying at or living near the Hilton it's convenient for a high-quality meal.
The service was outstanding. The servers were very polite and attentive. The ambiance was perfect. The drinks were also really good. The food was absolutely TERRIBLE. The mashed potatoes were bland and dry. The Brussel sprouts were old. The crab cakes were really really bad. The steak wasn't cooked properly and it made me sick.

The restaurant was empty (good for me) with pleasant ambiance, good food and service. I suspect this place is not we'll known or I came at a very slow time. I'll be going back for sure.

i wish there were more places like this around town. i had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. the bill was decent.
The food was amazing. I tried a bite from everyone's plate. Appetizers were perfect. french onion soup excellent. Filet mignon and Sword fish perfectly cooked. The delmonico 18 oz ribeye steak at first I was less then pleased with but with a swig of water I tasted again and it was amazing. At dinner end we had the pleasure of having a dessert just added to their menu. Too beautiful to eat but well worth eating as my daughter quoted. If you stop in, its not inexpensive, ask for Jim. He was an amazing waistaff and punctuated our dinner with an approachable personality, attention to detail, jokes and a friendly smile!
