My dinner at Provisions was fantastic. The staff was so attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The pricing is reasonable, and the service was timely. The manager, Julie came to our table to talk with us, and she was fabulous. We will be coming back in the very near future!
I hosted a business group dinner for 8 at Provisions. Everyone was happy with their food. The host and waitstaff were very friendly and attentive, but it was disappointing that one person's food (the chicken dish) came out 15 minutes after everyone else had been served. Most people had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. I wouldn't go out of my way for a dinner at Provisions, but for people staying at or living near the Hilton it's convenient for a high-quality...
The restaurant was empty (good for me) with pleasant ambiance, good food and service. I suspect this place is not we'll known or I came at a very slow time. I'll be going back for sure.
