I guess they only pay attention when they are crowded. I was in there around 11:20 and was ignored. The chix stew or pot pie was watery very view vegetables and very chunky chicken and I guess you can't ask for the end piece of corn bread..she rolled her eyes. They are very different pre pandemic. So I just will not go there anymore.

I don’t understand the bad reviews here. The blackened chicken quesadilla I had tasted fresh and delicious and when paired with a drink my total came to $14. Reasonable for CC prime location. I’ll be back to try more!

I come here many mornings and the staff is always so friendly. The lady behind the counter who rings me up is a sweetheart and the guys who make the food are always smiling and all so nice. The food is always tasty and not your basic deli. They are fancy and they take pride in the food they prepare.

Gorgeous diner style seating inside. Very neat and hospitable crew. The menu is pricey but this particular place is special because it is high quality in food service. The menu features delicious lunch items like customized salads and soups.
The worst chai latte I've ever had. They used powder to make it, but didn't even bother mixing the powder. It was all clumped at the bottom and the drink was flavorless. They also didn't show me or tell me the price as I paid.
The food just tastes off. I get being overpriced because of the location, but everything has a weird out surprising flavor to it. Beef stew tastes more like onion soup with too many herbs? Chicken sandwich had a surprising super spicy sauce that wasn’t warned. The pastries were super dry and overly sweet.

Food was bad. This is not a cuban sandwich. This was not worth $12.
The prices are wayyy too high.
Went in this place for some eggs and two breakfast sausages and two small cups of orange juice they charged me $18.00...I was so hungry I excepted it but I won't go back. People they ripping yall off in there with them reaching to the ceiling for the prices...the food ain't that great anyway. ?
Starting off, not being properly greeted. Then, the sandwich wasn't properly wrapped in the aluminum paper. The sandwich leaked and went all over my bookbag. When I called them, they showed me pure disrespect and the asian lady making sandwiches is the rudest. How do they operate like this?

I wished I had looked at the reviews before giving this place a second chance. Like others have said the place is overpriced and the workers are rude and lack basic customer service etiquette. Twice in a span of a year I have ordered an egg crossaint sandwich ( I would say each time the sandwich was pretty good at least ). The price would be posted as for example $8 on the menu and then you go to the register you are charged $10. When asked why and even show that the menu ( that is printed and posted on the walls) say $8 you basically get a shrug and a nonchalant look short of an eyeroll. This place is simply just taking advantage of the fact that they are conveniently located for all us hard workers who are looking for a quick meal. Sad

The price-quality ratio of the breakfast is right. The bagel was successful, the cappuccino comes from the machine (too hot). Orange juice is good.
