Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had bought a slice of pizza for a homeless woman outside. I was taking care of her and I mentioned that and then asked the girl working there if I could just wash my hands. She said no. I didn’t even need to use the bathroom. The pizza is average but the people there are awful. Especially when I didn’t ask to use it for free. WONT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!

Customer service and woman who answers phone is horrible.

New to the area, just moved here two months ago, and got their menu in my mailbox today so I decided to give it try. Being that I’m from Jersey, sometimes my phone doesn’t receive calls and sometimes it does. When the woman answered the phone, I asked her if she could please text me when the person was outside to ensure I can get my order. (I wanted delivery)

Before I could even finish, she cuts me off and says he will call. I said okay, I’m just letting you know.

So to ensure I’m outside when the food comes, just let me know what time they would be arriving so that I can be outside wait…….(waiting) (I was going to say)

But before I could finish, she cut me off again.
“It’s always 45 minutes to an hour”

This was the second time I was cut off, and I got really quiet and said thank you.

Her response “yup, you’re welcome.” with an attitude.

Then immediately hangs up the phone before I could even continue my order. I hadn’t even been able to tell her my food order yet.

I wanted over $60 worth of food.
So then being patient, I called back.
She didn’t even say hello when answering.
She answered, saw my number and then placed me on a 15 minute hold (purposely) and never clicked back over.

Then she hangs up.

Is this the type of customer service I would be receiving moving forward ?
It’s ashame, because I actually live on Cecil and have a huge family, and because of her disgusting customer service and attitude, I will never even attempt to order from here again,

Maybe it’s time for someone else to answer the phone… clearly she has lost sight of what’s most important for the owners and establishment.

I’ll take my business else where.

I love Diamond Pizza. I am so thrilled they opened this location only a block from my apartment! The staff is amazing and so kind. Food is delicious.

Food is always good and so is the service BUT whoever the new counter girl is that’s there today is nasty and face all balled up as if I was bothering her. Don’t ever be nasty when taking someone’s food order! A quick way to lose business. The rest of the store staff was pleasant as usual.

I always get the sweet chili wings but I love their food. I get the chicken sandwiches too. The price is worth the food quality, the cheesecake is fresh. AND THEY NEVER COOK

New but all the food is on point. No pork products. The beef sausage pizza toasted is the best. I have tried almost everything here. The Alfredo is fresh and from scratch. The burgers are not frozen patties. They are nice size, big and juicy. Even the Sweet tai-chilli wings are delicious not big. Just the right size. Cooked to perfection. Staff is fast and friendly.
