I recently purchased a chicken sandwich with french fries and a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw, which appeared to be mass-produced, was bland and cost an additional dollar. The chicken breast was small, seemed to be frozen, and lacked seasoning. I requested extra black pepper and did not receive it. Furthermore, [women]the two staff members who took my order were not friendly and did not appear to listen attentively. This experience was unsatisfactory, and I also neglected to collect my soda.

Tonight is not the first time I’ve called this establishment and encountered young ladies who answered the phone with rudeness, impatience, and a condescending attitude. Because of their repeated disrespect, I will never order from this business again. No one should feel unwelcome when spending their hard-earned money, and I would not recommend that others do so here either.

The customer service is the worst they all have a attitude especially the big lady behind the counter she never has anything nice to say and she looks like she hates life that is the first face you see when you come in this business. I've watch her argue with customers and be nothing but nasty everytime I come in the store
