EDIT* If the lady at the counter (with the braids) wasn’t so busy being rude, perhaps she would have made my order correctly. I asked for no sauce, she asked again, I said just put it on the side to avoid her attitude. It was soaked in sauce. Too much vinegar. I will not be going back.There is no two sides to this, I could have posted on my main page both much more views but it was incredibly hot outside so I understand sometimes ppl are not in the mood. I am extremely nice especially when it comes to my food. As a first time customer “I” found a slight difficultly parking because it was very crowded, I did not know to park across the street. The side was very good. But my experience is my experience.

3 years ago, this place was 5 stars for their food. I went there recently, and I was disappointed 😞 I had 2 orders, one of which they messed up...it was someone else's order! The sides were tasty, but the chicken was dry and masked by a lot of bbq sauce. My corn bread was burnt. The customer service was good (even though my order was wrong), and the atmosphere is lovely. I will stick to grilling my own meals.
Great customer service but I was given cold food from the window to my car to driving across the street to dollar tree had my 1st bite . I got the brisket sandwich it wasn’t even warm ..the beans was warm though . Then it was a wait so I expected hot food smh 😒They could’ve put it in the microwave at least , I’m big on ordering from a restaurant because I want Hot food .And my first time eating there makes it worse (travel nurse from Houston )

I ordered under my own name. When I went to pick up my order, the lovely lady at the window asked how she could help and I told I'm picking up under my name. She asked what I ordered and I went down the list of what I ordered, and was the asked for my name again, followed by what I ordered. I had to look around for Ashton Kutcher and other cameras because I was sure she was messing with me. I got home, inhaled the ribs, mac, and cornbread, and I'm going back for more tomorrow. 10/10

Wow, I was not expecting this from this recommended place at all. The yams were extremely sweet and gritty from the amount of sugar. It seems as if they served the bottom of the pan. The yams were hard and stuck together. The RIBS! Look at the bottom of my ribs! I went to cut my ribs in half and I realized I couldn’t. I flipped it over and this was the bottom. UNBELIEVABLE especially for the prices of these platters.
