The folks working here are doing their best with that they've got to work with regarding input. Food was looking pre frozen. Coffee was so acidic it bordered on caustic and was poured into the gutter as consequence. Still give the workers a tip y'all because it's not their fault.

Rdered through the QR code at the table and waited at the Pick Up counter for 15 minutes after the app said it was ready. I had to ask for the order (which said was ready) and the food was cold when I got it. DO NOT recommend ordering food here. Even if the food was fresh, was mediocre at best.

my jury duty burger came out raw and I didn’t have time to complain

I would never recommend this place for coffee. Today's coffee was disgusting couldn't drink it. The color was orange. Never tasted anything like this. Took it back and complained and got no response or satisfaction from server. $3.50 down the drain .?. As per your request in messaging me for my email or phone # to contact me about this negative review so you can harass me, please don't contact me. I might suggest to you maybe listen to your customer when they complain about the service or the coffee. Maybe review the service manual you profess to follow. Sometimes it's good to listen!

Service is amazing, Arielle and Christy are the absolute best and Tyree makes the best food and is cool as hell. Just have to deal with the wonderful people that hangout at city hall, but other than that, the best.

1 star because they sell Passero's Coffee. The owners of Passero's Coffee are known workplace violators and abusers. Moreover, Passero's is not unionized.

I look forward to this place opening each season in Dilworth park. It has inexpensive great carry out quick food options and the seating in Dilworth park is plentiful. Your food is made to order and is much better than typical food stand quality.
