Excellent food overall. I had the Sui mai which was great tender and rich. I also had the braise pork ramen. The broth was not as tasty and rich as I would have wanted so I supplemented with the dumpling dipping sauce and the chilly sauce. Maybe next time I’ll try a different ramen choice. My friend had the Dan Dan noodles which was great.

Great food and great service. The scallion pancakes are perfect and the grilled short rib lunch special is a steal. I got egg fried rice and wonton soup with mine. I will be back for dim sum next time.

10,000 years to Dim Sum & Noodle!

Most superlative service! Outstanding authentic cuisine! Modestly priced menu! Family friendly atmosphere!

As an American who has lived in China extensively for many years, I am proud to endorse and recommend the amazing cuisine and even kinder staff here at Dim Sum & Noodle. I have been a regular at this fine establishment since they open doors back in 2016. What was simply a quick fix of authentic Chinese food has now become a weekly tradition for me and my family. This authentic eatery is most accommodating and patient to children guests which only makes this culinary experience all the sweeter. Top marks and continued success to Fairmount premier Chinese restaurant!

We had our lunch here when we visited the Barnes Foundation.
Food was good. Service was quick and efficient. We had ramen noodle with BBQ pork, some sui mai, Shanghai juicy buns, and fried dumplings. We enjoyed every dish.

Very very cute restaurant. Love the art on the walls and the ambience. Did some work at MANNA and decided to eat here after since it was close by. Service was incredibly friendly and quick, and the food was delicious and seemed fresh. Prices were also very good!

DimSum & Noodle is a Philadelphia Chinese restaurant that combines exceptional cuisine with unmatched hospitality. This place is a hidden gem that truly stands out. One of the best features is their willingness to prepare dishes to suit individual tastes. Whether you prefer mild flavors, no added salt, extra spice, or specific dietary adjustments, the staff here go above and beyond to customize your meal just the way you like it. The menu is extensive, and every dish our group tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
What also impressed me was how accommodating they are for large groups. They seamlessly handled our party of 7, allowing us to split the bill across multiple cards without hesitation—a rare and much-appreciated convenience!
Our waitress, Apple, was attentive and friendly. We were also greeted by the owner, Lily, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is warm, inviting and quiet.
If you’re craving authentic Chinese cuisine and value personalized service, this restaurant is a must-visit and is definitely on our frequent visit list.

Delicious! Affordable! So nice! We each had a generously sized cup of chicken hot and sour soup which was balanced velvety goodness.
The Shanghai juicy buns (one order had 4 buns) were filled with warm juicy flavorful filling and some ginger.
We shared the scallion and ginger lo mein which was absolutely delicious. The ginger was not overpowering but you could definitely taste it in a nice way.

We will definitely be back! Everyone who worked here was kind and welcoming, you can tell they care about their food. Highly recommend!

Great dim sum place! We were visiting the Barnes Foundation nearby and read the stellar reviews and were not disappointed. They offer several lunch specials, and the food was served quickly and everything was tasty and delicious. Prices are quite reasonable. I ordered the dim sum sampler which came with a side of rice and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Have been coming here for years never disappoints. The dumplings are homemade and the best I have had in Philly. Inside is warm and homey.
