Colorful and informal, with a very limited menu. Hummus is their specialty and they have many varieties. We had the Jerushalmi which was outstanding. Also, the roasted cauliflower which was also outstanding. The portions are generous and everything is meant to be shared. Be careful how much you order or you will be taking home a doggie bag. We had an incredible meal at Dizengoff — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Sadly the hummus sampler was no longer on the menu, so we opted for the Turkish hummus. This was easily the highlight, which I never would have thought hummus could be…the best we’ve ever had — creamy, perfectly balanced, and totally unforgettable.
